Received the bed on time. Great!!! It came with all the parts. The holes were aligned and easy to assemble. Took a while to assemble but that was expected given the number of pieces. The metal frame is sturdy and properly aligned. The drawers however need some work. There are no railings to align the drawers to the bed. On a hard surface, the drawers are likely to roll out and trip the occupant on waking up. I would suggest using a magnet or something like that to hold the drawers in place after they are closed.

So, first off, I really like this bed frame. It looks nice and is very functional. The LED addition is very nice. It adds ambiance and the softer light works for as a very comfortable reading light at night. The frame wasn't overly complicated to put together. It was pretty simple and easy. The storage capacity underneath isn't huge, but it's helpful. Although the drawers are only wire and on wheels, they roll easily over carpet and are very sturdy. I have only one issue with the frame that I have to be honest about. When the frame arrived, it was missing all the hardware. This was a huge pain because I disassembled my previous frame to make room for this one before I realized I didn't have the hardware. So I was stuck with a bunch of open bed frame pieces, and my mattress on the floor for several weeks, while I waited for the manufacturer to send the hardware. This was hugely inconvenient. I noticed in other reviews, this was not uncommon. However, I do want to acknowledge that the customer service was very quick to respond, and although I was pretty disappointed, they were friendly and easy to communicate with. The issue was resolved after a few weeks, and I am happy with my purchase. With that said, I think it's worth the risk if someone isn't in a big rush. I would even consider purchasing this frame again.

It looks beautiful in any room. Elegant, strong, modern. It can take 3 or more hours to assembly, but it worth it. Keep in mind that the design can take 5 or 6 inches extra to the sides from the size of your mattress. I really love it.

I would give less stars if I could Nearly $90.00 in shipping charges!!! Now tot he product. They have this bed built where there is as many pieces as possible. It was insane to assemble took what seemed like forever and it is weak. Very weak. After the holidays I plan to donate this as I would not even want my pre teen grand children to sleep on this. And they say this is an adult bed? Really? And don’t even plan to return it. They say they will charge you the same price to return this as they charged to send it to you The shipping was more than half the price. If you return it the shipping will account for more than the bed cost. It’s a got ya , if you do the math they know you will not send it back
