I’ve been using the Acroxlix L-Shape Standing Desk for a few weeks, and it’s been a significant upgrade to my home office. The reversible L-shape design fit my layout perfectly, and assembly took about 45 minutes. While helpful overall, the instruction manual had noticeable grammar and spelling issues, and some unnecessary steps like flipping the desk posed a risk of surface damage if not done carefully. One thing that really stood out to me was the proactive customer service — the company actually reached out during the assembly window to offer assistance. That kind of initiative is rare these days and speaks volumes about their commitment to the customer experience. Many other companies could learn from this level of engagement. In terms of performance, the desk is excellent. The electric height adjustment is smooth and quiet, and the desk easily handles my three 34-inch OLED monitors on mounting brackets with no stability issues. It feels very sturdy. That said, clearer labeling on the hardware (especially screws) would have made assembly even smoother, and I’d recommend softening or sanding down the sharp corners for safety. I haven’t needed to contact support beyond the initial outreach, but knowing there’s a 2-year warranty and 24/7 support is reassuring. Overall, this is a well-designed, functional desk backed by a company that clearly cares about its users. Just a few minor QA and design tweaks would make it a perfect 5-star product.

Excellent desk. Assembly was easy. The wood surface looks nice. The up/down mechanism is smooth and seems strong/durable. Almost no sway, even at standing-height. And the “L” shape is great how it adds extra room.

Easy to assemble, thankful for the package coming in good condition. I will say if you are not familiar with putting things together it would be really easy to strip out the support screws that tie the desk pieces together. So just snug them, they will not bottom out and you fell them get them really tight.

The table is good and spacious, but i feel that side table is not that strong, the If too much weight is placed on it, there is a chance it might break. Otherwise, it’s a good table.

The media could not be loaded. I received the desk on Sunday and assembled it on Monday. I purchased it as an extension to my current standing desk because I needed more workspace for both my remote job and studies. The size is just right, and I’m very pleased with its overall appearance. However, the major drawback is that only one side of the desk adjusts in height, the other side does not move, ease of movement isn’t there. I attempted to self adjust by pulling the leg out, this did not help as it lowers itself when manually lifted. I am not able to successfully use this desk as it’s low and the comfort isn’t there. The build Quality was ok and the value for my money, the performance of this desk lacks. I plan to reach out to customer service to see if there’s a solution. Depending on the outcome of that conversation, I’ll either update my review or leave it as is.

As long as you follow the instructions , it's easy to put together. This desk is really good and sturdy. I have chronic back pain and it's hard for me to sit down for long periods of time so this purchase was perfect and so is the desk. I don't move up or down much but when I do it hasn't given me any problems. The top is also very spacious. I have my laptop, a monitor, and other usual items you keep on a desk . I have plenty of room to write or draw even all the other items on my desk. I recommend. I also purchased a standing desk office chair so that I don't have to move the desk up or down but I love having the option to do so.
