This Recovery Suit worked perfectly! My dog had a large lipoma removed from her chest between her front legs. Tried the inflatable dog cone collar, but she couldn't use the dog door and she also was able to slip it off. The Recovery Suit fits perfectly and covers the surgery site. Due to the location of her surgery, I left the back portion of the suit rolled up and out of the way. Very pleased with this alternative to a cone. She is comfortable and can go about daily activities with ease, while keeping her wound clean and out of her reach. Suit is well made and washes up great.

This is a great suit for my dog. The extra small was too tight for him, but I got a very fast turnaround on getting a small I bought two and they fit great super cute. Very very soft and substantial Velcro closures that even my wiggle worm Chihuahua can’t get out of. Highly recommend well-made easy on and off.

I was able to get this recovery suit overnight and I really appreciate that! Our girl was spayed and was wearing a cone but she was uncomfortable so I bought this suit. Its very soft and stretchy. Even if you got one a bit too small it would probably still fit. So keep that in mind when ordering. It runs large! I originally ordered an xl but it was huge so went down a size and it fits much better! Our doggie is so much more comfortable! We are still using the cone for overnights just in case but im very happy with this purchase. Its easy to fold up and secure when she needs to go out to go potty. So far she hasn't been able to take it off. The velcro has a strap that goes around belly and keeps it very secure. Its also well made. I would buy one again if needed.

They are nice but run a bit small. After looking at measurements I got the large size for my 2 heelers, they fit around the chest but they need something a bit longer, they fit a bit awkwardly, too tight, wish they had more stretch to them. I think XL would have been a little too big. Other than that I do like them, they don’t seem to try to rip them off like they do with everything else. I haven’t been able to keep cones on them after their neuter as they break them or pop the donuts they’ve tried

First it’s extremely functional but also so cute! It fit both our dogs perfectly. Our 80 lb dog with a hot spot on her belly got a size XXL cause of her barrel chest. Then our 25 lb puppy was spayed and 🐕 who literally looks like the emoji lol, got a size M. The Velcro is very strong. We had to wash it once so far and blow dried it because I was nervous about the dryer compromising it. The girls seem comfortable and aren’t able to get at their bellies.

The media could not be loaded. The suit is very well made with thick fabric making it very durable. It does have some stretch to it however it doesn't stretch as much as I would like. My pups fall between the sizes offered so I got the smaller size as the size up would have just been too baggy and falling off. I have 2 five-pound yorkies and got the XS size. My pups loved to have them put on and seemed very comfortable in them. It is super easy to put on and they stay on without any issues or without being able to slip out of because it fit very snug. I've bought some different cheaper ones that have snaps at the top that just doesn't even compare to the quality. These are definitely worth the extra cost. The only reason I take a few stars off is because there wasn't enough sizing options as the size up would have been way too big. Also, I do believe they did shrink after washing it making it even smaller. Then lastly the tail hole should be a bit bigger as in my case it wasn't big enough for them to use the bathroom and their poop would sometimes get stuck in their bodysuit. All in all, these are the best I believe on the market as I've tried several others and well worth the price. I will definitely be purchasing more.

This was the perfect suit for my pup post op. It fit great, provided great protection and comfort. Just what he needed after his surgery. I think this was so much better than the cone. Now I was able to stay home with him for 3 days or so to make sure he didnt try to lick through the suit. After the 3rd day he was all healed and out of the suit.

To start, my dog is between sizes. I was worried about the neck to tail size the most, so we sized up. This lead to some gaping of the material and openings to lick close to but not on her spay site by her crotch. The material is pretty stretchy and comfortable, so you might be able to stick with the smaller size and be ok. With that being said though, I was concerned because a few days in with using it, it seemed like it was stretching out too much and no longer retaining shape. Like a hoodie or long sleeve you pushed up to your elbows too many times and now the hand part is stretched out forever. As another review said as well, it’s all the same material with some padding around the belly/ crotch piece that is very susceptible to becoming soaked if you have a dog who likes to lick. I would not leave my dog unsupervised in just this suit as I’m positive she could weasel her way to her surgical site or lick it soaked. When she is supervised however, and being there able to redirect her from licking, it works great to give her a break from the cone. Bathroom time isn’t difficult at all and takes maybe 10-15 seconds to undo. My other issue I had was the material feels flimsy to the point that if I’m not careful pulling the Velcro apart that I could easily eventually rip where it’s sewn to the suit. If you’re careful and consistent about where you grab to pull the Velcro apart I believe it will be fine. For me personally the suit did not work as great as I would’ve hoped for my original intent. My dog being itchy post-surgery lead to her scratching raw spots on her sides with her back feet and this in tandem with the cone did work great to help protect her skin while she healed though from scratches!! I did really enjoy the suit designs though. Very fashionable. I think this could be improved immensely with a slightly better material (like a nylon workout shirt material), and a some more padding/waterproofing in the belly area.
