This chair has been great for my son. He is a gamer so he sits in this chair for long periods of time. He is also a big, tall guy and fits perfectly and comfortably in it. It is holding up (so far), has a wide semi-cushiony seat, not too hard not too soft, is very sturdy, and he likes that the arms flip up if needed. It also wheels around his floor very well. This is a much better chair than the actual “gaming chair” we bought in December that fell apart after two months. VERY happy with this purchase!

I got this chair for my home office, box was smaller than i expected. It was easy to assemble, good instructions, all tools and parts needed were included. I like the look and its very comfortable to sit on and lean back in. I had an issue with the chairs base and the customer service was quick and efficient in answering my questions and solving my issues. I would definitely buy this chair again if i needed more and would buy other products from this seller as they back it up so well. Andy

This chair is pretty nice, especially for the value! This isn’t a super cozy chair though, not super soft fabric, or super plush cushions, however I would say this chair is one of the best value chairs on Amazon right now, and if you can get it on sale that is even better! I found the bottom cushion to be pretty firm, but gets nicer as you break it in. The fabric on the arms is a great touch and honestly one of the reasons I bought this chair. I would say that the fabric is not that soft and it definitely is fine for a fabric chair. The mesh back is nice and there is adjustable lumbar support that you can move up and down in the back. The neck support is also adjustable and the cushion is nice, and it has the same fabric as the rest of the chair. The mesh isn’t super soft and honestly a bit hard. Depending on how tall or maybe big you are (I’m 6”5) you may have a different experience but I found this chair to be a nice size. The construction was easy and the guide was easy to follow. There are a decent amount of parts but with a little bit of confidence it took me no more than 30 minutes to build. I would happily recommend this chair to anyone looking for a mesh chair under $150. I can’t speak on reliability but I’ve had it for a few months and it is holding up well.

So easy to put together and very sturdy. I have a wide bottom, I love how this chair is suiting for that. Helped my lower back and hip discomfort tremendously vs the chair I had prior. Love the design and the price was a deal for me.

I'm pleasantly surprised with the quality and comfort of this chair! I was concerned at first because there aren't too many reviews. I'm glad I didn't buy a more expensive chair. I wanted a chair I can sit crossed legged on (which means I don't like weird curves on the seat). This chair has a flat/straight seat and I can cross my legs easily with the arms of the chair up or down. I also like that the seat is wider compared to others and that it's on the firm side. I prefer not sinking into my seat but it also isn't overly firm that it's uncomfortable. This chair replaced an the Staples Carder Fabric Chair I had for 3 years (which I don't recommend) where I couldn't put the arms up and the seat took a while to get use to (the edge sloped down - not ideal for sitting criss/cross). I can't speak to the longevity of it yet since I've only had it for a week but I hope it lasts me a few years before replacing.

I am about 5'10 and weigh about 415 lbs, so this seemed like a good purchase for me. However, I have two issues with this chair. One, the padding on the seat is rather too thin for the intended audience of a big sitter; I can feel it rapidly compress under my weight and so I have had to add an additional cushion to help address this. The also relates to the second issue: the chair is very low to the ground. My knees are still bent, but since chairs tend to settle as they age and their gas cylinder wears, I expect I will soon find it a bit uncomfortable. The lumbar support is meh, the head rest isn't really relevant to me due to how I sit, and I keep the arm rests folded back because they are a little too close to my sides. Again, for a chair advertised for someone big and tall, it feels rather low, close, thinly-padded, and underwhelming. I switched out the casters for a set of replacements, so I cannot speak to their level of racket or glide. The chair was on the cheaper side of things, so it may be a case of I got what I paid for. I don't have any strong objections, just mild disappointments. Directions for assembly were reasonably clear and it came with all the necessary hardware and a tool.

Not comfortable. Box had multiple holes and chair had some scratches, but also, it was not comfortable at all! This is a pretty chair and fine for occasional use, but this is not a chair that can be used for a full day.
