The asking price of new is a bit absurd IMO for what it is. But for the cheaper, like-new, Amazon Warehouse price this thing is great. Holds plenty of drinks and is tall enough for two cans stacked on top of one another or even for a Corona bottle. These are thermoelectric so it can only cool so much but even in my warm garage the inside temp was getting down into the 50's which is plenty cool for my drinks.

I like this and it dies the job well, it is very small and holds 6 coke cans well and a chocolate bar in the tiny side shelf. I put 4 in standing and 2 over the 4 in their sides because the door closes better when the fridge is loaded this way. This is in a bedroom on top of a dresser and it is very quiet and saves trip to kitchen for someone that works from home and mostly from their bedroom. We thought of getting one for years but when our 2nd fridge died I finally bought this so he could have the 2nd source for cooling drinks which was the main purpose of the Galanz that died. We will get that Galanz fridge repaired but until then he has this little fridge to cool his diet cokes.

I ordered the stainless steel style but received the one with the clear plastic window. While I waited for my replacement, I tested out the fridge and found the temperature to be not cold enough. This got me worried because I bought this as a mini beer fridge for my bedroom, and it's about as cold as my decently insulated basement in the winter. When the correct replacement came, I tested it out and it turned out to be much colder, keeping my beer at a decent temperature (not ice cold, but good enough). Couple of cons: - The fan is loud. It's about as loud as a gaming desktop computer fan running on high. Or think of a the constant machine whirring sound you hear from a garbage truck outside during trash pick up day. Sometimes I would unplug it at night so I can sleep, and plug it back in in the morning. - Width is a bit short. You'd think they would make these to fit standard cans or bottles nicely, but the width is just a bit short so you would then have to stack them (cans) on their side like honeycomb style, creating a bit of wasted potential space. 4 stars for the portabilty, value, and doing a decent job of what it's supposed to do. Minus 1 star for the cons mentioned above.

Bought this mini-fridge to store breastmilk/breast pump parts, hoping it could be tucked out of the way, while operating quietly and providing easy access. It does all of those things well, except that it died within a year. Less than a year of using it -- purchased in May 2023 -- and less than even a year from the date of manufacture -- Feburary 2023 -- and it lived inside, in the same spot, not being covered and stuck in a closet or anything that might be considered a harsh environment. Warranty is 180 days, which is awfully short for something marketed as a "rugged" item, but I guess you get what you pay for. Called Frigidaire to see what my options were, and was told to bring it to a local electronics repair shop at our cost, which likely would have been more than the original cost of the fridge itself. Even if you're in the warranty period, you're still on the hook for paying for the shipping costs to even send it to them.

I really love this little fridge. It’s nice because it can be cooled three ways- in the car, with electric or even just with two ice packs inserted, which I did when I couldn’t plug it in. Great size too. Small and light enough to carry, but big enough to fit numerous cans of pop inside. Not sure it would really fit 12, but it’s surprisingly big enough.

I got this because I work in a four story building on a university campus that only has one fridge that employees and students have access to. It fits perfectly under my desk and works great for holding my breakfast and lunch for the day, along with a couple canned drinks. I stuck a thermometer in there, and it stays around 45-46 degrees Fahrenheit. For me, the only potential drawback is that it us loud, but it just sounds like a laptop that’s trying to cool down or a sound machine (which might not be bad for me because these office walls are THIN!). But the sound doesn’t bother me, just sharing that for others to know about. I slid the little shelf that comes with it on the lowest setting, and I can fit two soda cans beneath it and set food on top. A 7 cp round Pyrex fits up top, but you have to tilt it sideways. The 3cp rectangle Pyrex dish fits perfectly.

Based on the specs of cooling to 20 degrees below room temp I was a little concerned about using this as a fridge for soft drinks but it works great. I kep 4-5 canned drinks and it keep them cold. Not cool, cold. I wanted something very small to go under my desk to keep drinks cold and this product is perfect.

I purchased the stainless steel one in January 2023 and it now reeks of burning plastic while cooling to a degree that I can’t sit in the same room as it. When it started to get an electrical fire type smell, I turned it off for a month, cleaned out the gates and let it sit, and then just recently tried to plug it back in, and it was being overworked, Immediately a burning plastic smell. Filled the room. The vents were never obstructed and I wiped them regularly so I know this wasn’t a crowding issue. It worked perfectly a little over a month ago :,(
