This chest freezer gives me all the space I needed for leftovers, stocking up on meats and frozen meals to save money, and have frozen water bottles at my disposal for frequent hurricanes when we anticipate losing power here in FL. My order came quickly, but was damaged (back corner dented). Most likely in transit from forklift. I must say, I contacted the merchant, Frugal Buys CA LLC, and they answered SAME DAY, and shipped me a new one. FedEx came to pick up the damaged unit, and I received a new unit very soon after. Frugal Buys CA LLC kept in close contact with me during the entire process. If it hadn't been for them, their professionalism, and their quick solution, I would have cancelled and went to Home Depot, but paid more money. The unit is quiet, very efficient, is very deep, and has a wire basket. As I researched other brands and was surprised how many products come with plastic baskets. The black unit was an added perk! This is a very nice freezer and it’s a very nice size. The freezer itself is light, so it’s easy to move into place. It is very quiet running and in fact, we temporarily had it in a bedroom and it didn’t bother us at all . Keeps the items frozen well, and we installed baskets in it.
