I used it to send love to a long distance Cousin across the country, later a daughter n law we kind of communicate when we’re sleeping or up, then my daughter added a lamp for the same reason. We each have our special color. Installation was a breeze. I first had some communication with my lamp dropping off my private network. Their tech support is amazing after all these years. These are a wonderful idea to share with family or friends. I did expect them to be a little more elegant than plastic for the price. They can be somewhat challenging to setup, but they do work - even 3000 miles away. They hope they continue to work for a long time. These lamps all have worked perfectly for more than a year. There are 4 in our group, and I just ordered one for another family member. We have had perfect customer service. One lamp seemed to be malfunctioning. It seemed to go on without touching it. We and customer service tried several things, but nothing seemed to work. They sent us a new one and they paid postage for the return. They sent the lamp owner an email to say they found nothing wrong with the returned one. After a couple of weeks, the new lamp started to act the same way. The lamp owner decided to move it to another outlet - problem solved. No one knows why this worked but the customer service was very good. Now about the price - this is a small American family-owned business. "Good Morning Children" Then one by one, they send me a "good morning" When I come home from work or go to bed, I let them know.
