Purchase this item in May 29, 2023. Not working May 2025. Even thou she had extended warranty, no one in Houston area will repair window units. Out of the money of installation & have to pay someone to do it again. Would not buy again

Cools fast and is extremely quiet compared to the 35 year old one I replaced. Don’t even know it’s on. Lots of control options like the sweep feature which helps with cooling the room evenly.
