This Kitchenaid beater is a great product. I’m still not sure it is stainless steel though. It isn’t shinny. But anyway, it’s functional. I’ve made scrambled eggs with it and also wonderful whipped cream really fast. I’m happy to have it and I do wash it in the dishwasher. This is not the stainless steel one that kitchen aid sells. It’s the original aluminum one that leaves grey residue on your hands.
