This is a good punching bag that was fairly easy to assemble. I got it for my son and filled the base with water, he loves it! If you use sand I think you’d need to use quite a bit for full capacity. The wider base helps it stay up well. It works great for a 13 year old kid so I think it'd be fun for kids of all ages. It feels durable, good quality and I like that it comes with gloves. The winter is coming, I want do some exercise at home, so I do not need to drive the gym in cold weather. This is punching bag is big enough, but not stable at all. I initially planned to put it in the middle of the room, but I found that it would tip over if I hit it with my normal force, so now I can only put it in a corner to continue exercising. ... show more
