I don't know who was more excited about this, my husband or my kids. My 7 year old son set the whole thing up out of the box, that's how easy it was. I just had to add a decent amount of water to the bottom (as noted in the instructions) or it gets knocked over easily. Now when they need to get their energy out I send them to the punching bag instead of us human :-). This is a lot of fun and good exercise. Definitely good value for the money. ... show more

I suppose my expectations were too high, but this is closer to a beach ball than a punching bag. It’s just not high quality where it is going to last for a long time. I wouldn’t say this is for adults. If I bought this as a toy for my son, it might be different. It is around 70” tall. I wish it had weight instead of having to add water. The gloves are kind of weak and aren’t going to hold up. ... show more

The base is large and stable, especially once filled with water or sand, and it doesn’t slide around during regular use. It’s definitely made more for teens or beginners who want to stay active or practice basic punches and kicks. If you’re looking for something to take full-power hits, this isn’t it —but for cardio, technique, and casual fitness, it does the job really well. I’m really do not like this set. The base feels unstable even when filled, so the bag shifts during use. The material is thinner than I expected. The included gloves are low quality, lacking padding and comfort for serious training. Overall, it does not worth the money
