Then I went ahead and filled it up with water and a compound to decrease the chance of leakage and prevent mold possibilities later down the line. It still didn't look great.... Then I realized air goes in both compartments! Silly me.... Well, the air pump was super fast, and now it's a lot better! I also tried it out and it's not too shabby. A pro could definitely shift it but I would still say it's pretty solid and won't be sliding around as you pummel it. I'm a bigger guy definitely recommend sand this thing goes flying with water that being said it's definitely durable though, worth a buy knowing that if you use water it's more for technique, use sand for heavy hitting
