It has a bill, is packaged in a carrying pouch, and came down to my shins - I’m 5’6 for reference. The jacket fits well in the arms, chest, and leg length. It did not run large (I got a medium). The sleeves fit even over a sweatshirt, and I like the ability to snap them tight at the cuff. It is a little heavier in weight than I was hoping for. I bought it for traveling because it would be lighter than an umbrella, but it weighs the same. The real issue is the hood. It is huge. When I place it over my head for protection, it falls into my face. It cuts off visibility in addition to looking ridiculous. I tried folding the visor back, but that does not help much. Even using the drawstrings to make it more snug does not solve the problem. This must be why the model in the picture is holding the visor out from her face. If she let it go, it would just fall into her face. I have not used the jacket yet in the rain, but having full body coverage without head coverage seems a little useless. ... show more
