I am old enough to remember the era of the Bless’d Reagan when we as a nation decided to stop making affordable stuff. Real money was to be made in the stock market, Industrial Capitalism was for losers. Now much of our stuff is made in China so I thought I would buy at the source. I knew I was taking a risk but in this case it paid off. This is not a returnable item without incurring massive fees. The Freesky Eurosport bike itself is really nice. It took more time getting it out of the packaging than it did to put it together. Everything worked during my first few miles of testing. All that remains to be seen is whether it is durable. For the money, it can’t be beat. If you are interested in this bike I would buy soon. With current Geo-political tensions, China may not be our supplier of choice in the near future. I dislike the idea of supporting Emperor Xi (or Pukin the Great) but I don’t have the decades it will take to develop a new supplier. ... show more

Still a bit premature as this is day 3 after it arrived, but really couldn’t be more impressed. Front tire tube was punctured upon arrival, called cust service number and nothing (VM). Since Friday of Labor Day weekend, no way I was waiting two weeks for them to send a tube via warranty so took it to local shop to fix. Freesky followed up within 12 hours to my warranty claim and refunded me the full cost of repairing. Bike rides great, great customer service albeit not by phone, and will follow up when I hit some challenging trails. ... show more

I got the bike almost fully assembled. I added a second battery left from a previous one (48V/20Ah) at the back. I get close to 100 miles per charge depending on the speed. Top speed on flat road was 35miles/hour. Eurostar is a good solid bike both good performance and also looking good. I added a mirror and I was promised a tail light. I also ordered some cheap mud fenders on Amazon for rain as I drive on paved roads only. I like the good suspension and shock absorbers and the very solid brakes. The support is very responsive. Rode 10 miles today and still showed 91% battery, making their claim of 90 miles of range very realistic. The rear suspension was great to have over broken pavement and roots on the bike trails.

I've been searching for an ebike for a while to keep up with my son who's on the high school mountain bike team. I've ridden several ebikes and know what I was after. This bike was cheaper, but had the features I wanted. The quality is much better than I thought it would be, it doesn't make me feel like I'm going to flip over the handle bars when hitting the trails hard. Also, because I'm out of shape (extremely busy at work), this allows me to enjoy harder rides up trails, yet have fun without having a heart attack. It's getting me back out, enjoying the outdoors with my son. I'm pleased with the purchase.
