I received the bike quickly. I assembled it in a bout 1 hour, charged it up and took it out for a ride. Bike is fast and powerful. I got 38 miles on that 1st charge in pas2 mode with me pedaling the entire distance. when I got to 38 miles it really slowed down and lost power. At 42 it had absolutely no power, even though the gauge showed 55% power left. From that point on It just got worse. Now I only get 12miles and it's dead, might as well push it. It's really to heavy to ride with out any power assistance. I've tried to reach out to Freesky to warranty the battery, but all I get is Crickets. I love the bike but it is useless with this battery. I also have another 48v bike and it does not have this problem. It pulls strong all the way to less than 10%. this is my 3rd Ebike so I'm not a rookie. I have clocked just under 1500 miles on 3 Ebikes.. If the warranty is useless the bike is worthless to me. You might want to look at other brands. Just saying. Update: Hugh at Freesky service reached out to me and we did an analysis over the phone and he said there might be a glitch in the monitor. he sent me a new monitor and I installed it my self (very easy) and the problem has been corrected. Wow what a difference, the bike is way more powerful than I thought. I really love this bike. I said there warranty might not be good. I was wrong they do stand behind their product. We bought two bikes with the racks We have been going everywhere. We pack drinks and lunch. These bikes definitely put a different aspect of riding a bicycle you are exercising but when you get a little sluggish, it’s there to assist. Assistance if needed is there and has been great !! We love them.

Love the added shock absorber in the center frame. My husband's bike doesn't have that. Makes for a much smoother ride. Don't feel the bumps or jolts nearly as much.

Ok this is long coming. I bought the red wild cat pro with the warrant in 2024. I can say that every time I ride this bike I get compliments or people inquiring about e bikes. Also a local small bike shop owner was very impressed with my bike. I use it to get to and back from work about 5 miles round trip. It has more then a get up and go every time. I’ve never ran the battery low, it has an amazing capacity. First, I live where it gets cold and I am unable to bring the bike inside so I believe some of the small issues I’ve had are due to the cold weather and user error. However, since I’ve had some issues and since I work crazy hours you’d think I’d be SOL with the support but NO!!! I get text messages with resolutions even though they are not in the US. I personally have spoken to someone named Hugh and he is also sending me some replacement parts. If you’re looking for a sturdy bike with a lot of speed, long lasting battery, and good support this is the bike/company for you. I’d buy again. Maybe a smaller bike because I’m small but I’d buy it again. ... show more

I recieved this bike and it is everything one could wish for in a E-Bike! Upon opening the box the bike was in 85% completion of being put together. The remaining assembly time was no more than 30 mins. I was out on the road and enjoying the breeze. The battery Life is amazing, I was able to get from one end of my city to the other and back in 50% charge. Thats almost 50 km. The speed is great especially on the pedal assist. The full suspension makes for a comfortable ride especially for a larger man like myself. I also like the safety feature of the RFID tag that helps look the bike from being stolen.
