I have had mine for a year. Works great with flakes. In the last couple months I have been experiencing the tiny lid not open. When it spins around and sometimes will dispense, I noticed the large cover sliding open. I wipe the water off, remove wet food. For now? I have taped the large lid so it won’t move. I used the double sided tape due to no room per opening of my fish tank lid. Now my problem? A) keep the tape on the cover? B) Try to figure how to remove it from the lid?! Without breaking my top cover! C) Buy a new one and have same issue? D) call customer support and get a new container? ... show more

This Product works and can feed your fish while you are away. BUT THE AMOUNT OF FOOD! It’s unbelievable. It put enough food for my fish that I give them in a few days. I even adjusted the amount and it still gave to much.
