I bought two of these bikes for myself and my son. The bikes are solid, very fun to ride, and fast! Unfortunately, after some riding, my son's rear wheel motor stopped working. It took Freego some time to pinpoint the exact cause of the problem and they at first sent some new parts that didn't resolve it. However, they subsequently sent the entire rear wheel with motor and covered the cost for a bike company to install it. They also extended my warranty to show their commitment to the product! I LOVE this bike! I previously owned an ONYX RCR and while I loved that bike, it was expensive. Also I couldn't ride it on our local rail trail and they are now out of business. I tried a Hover-1 ebike and while it is an awesome bike it didn't have the range I wanted and it was a bit too small for me (I am 6ft). I gave that to my wife and tried the Freego and it is just what I was looking for. It is VERY solidly built. The F3 Pro Max with dual batteries has great range and the top speed is great. I can keep up with traffic in town. Customer service is AWESOME! They respond to every message within 24 hours. It even has cruise control! I did not see that noted anywhere so it was a pleasant surprise. The only complaint I can give is the uncomfortable seat. But this is pretty much the same with every other ebike out there. Get a good pair of padded bike shorts and you will be fine. ... show more

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Freego e-bikes. This company is completely unreliable and dishonest. After just a few months, my original bike had major issues. Freego replaced it—but not with the same model. They gave me a cheaper, different bike in a different color, and it was not even new or in a box. Just handed to me by someone who couldn't speak English, with no explanation or paperwork. That replacement broke too. A technician later told me that Freego had assembled the entire system incorrectly, causing a full system failure. Now the bike is useless, and repairs cost more than the bike itself. Freego does not respond to calls or messages, and their customer service is non-existent. I had protection on the bike, but they just push the responsibility back and forth until you give up. This company does not care about its customers or the quality of its products. Avoid Freego at all costs. ... show more

Bike was really cool when I got it, looked and drove exactly how I was hoping it would! But for this price you would expect it to be for at least a year or more but I've had this bike now for 6 months the front wheel wobbles on account of something off in the motor of the front wheel. All the screws in this bike are soft so be gental when unscrewing anything or else a screw gets stripped. Now it'll cost me another $300+ to fix the wheel after paying $2500 for this bike. I don't go off-road with it just use it to run to the stores locally and ride with the kids so there's no reason why there should be any issues like this happening so soon after purchase. ... show more

The worst assembly instructions ever!!! The instructions that were included required scanning a QR code and the use of You Tube. The manual was absolutely useless and there was nothing available for troubleshooting. I ended up figuring out how to change to US mode on my own for the maximum speed that was promised. The seller attempted to help, but was through text format which was time consuming with many back and forth texts and in the end he did not know how to fix the issue and was going to send a request for help to China. I ordered this FREEGO F-3 PRO MAX 2000W packed with power and speed! The shipping was fast and the package was amazing! You can tell that the manufacturer put their heart and soul into making sure that the customers get the e-bike in perfect condition. The assembly was soooo easy that it took me less than 30 min to do it. I took it Off roading that day to Sycamore Canyon and I have a blast !! It has a red button that when you activate it, gives you extra speed and adrenaline! Fast and the Furious! This item is advertised as able to go 34mph. It Does Not. This E Bike Only Goes 16mph at Best. -Update, the company finally contacted me after I left a bad review. After about 2 weeks of not hearing from them about how to adjust the max speed, I left a bad review and the next day I had the information on how to take off the speed governor. Now it goes the 34mph as advertised. Also to note the front motor has lots of power and not much weight on it. It can get wobbly when first taking off. Be carful not to get thrown off. ... show more
