DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this scooter. I bought it for my son for Christmas and it didn’t even work right out of the box. The seller has been rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. They refuse to send a prepaid return label, even though the product is defective and it said prime. Instead of fixing the issue, they make the process as difficult as possible WITH NO SOLUTION. And don’t think Amazon will help you either. Because this item is sold by a third-party seller, Amazon does nothing—even if you’re an Amazon Prime member. So now we’re stuck with a broken scooter and no support. SAVE YOUR MONEY and DO NOT BUY. This was a huge disappointment, especially as a Christmas gift for my son. ... show more

Scooter is junk my daughter has probably rode this four times and you can’t get ahold of anyone for parts or warranty. Apparently Amazon handles their customer service side of it and all they do is tell you they’ll email You a resolution in 24-48 hours and it’s always complete radio silence save your money and frustration and go a different route because the company selling this brand of scooter is worthless. I assembled the scooter as instructed, but it’s displaying a transmitting malfunction error and won’t move. What’s most frustrating is the lack of adequate support. The only way to communicate with them is via email, and they respond in the middle of the night, meaning it takes an entire day to get a reply. This has resulted in multiple days just to troubleshoot. Although the manual indicates a transmission malfunction, they initially suggested the issue might be with the brake. Now, they’re proposing to send me a new dashboard. I’ll update this review if the issue is resolved. However, I regret not purchasing a brand-name scooter with phone-based tech support. At this point, I’m seriously considering returning it for a different brand. Update: couldn't get scooter to work and had to return. This scooter lasted 6 days after I got it and the motor broke. Seller wouldn't exchange it cause I did have the box it came in. They say they will send me a new motor for me to put on, still waiting on it. I will not recommend to get 1 of this scooter and if you do SAVE THE BOX.
