Love the machine, but needs cooler temperature in the house to make more solid ice cubes, my kitchen was 80 degrees from summer heat. I wish the machine could be turned upside down to drain leftover water from reservoir.

Pros easy to see water level when filling, very quiet when running, makes ice fairly fast. Cons not easy to clean, has pinkish color something on sides/top where water comes out and flows down. See picture. Pinkish stuff hard to clean off. Shows up after about 3 run throughs.

This is our 3 different ice machine in last 8 years. This one by far is the best!!! Makes thicker, clearer ice in no time. There is a little bit of setup to get it dialed in just right, ice thickness, length of time making ice ect. But it is a great ice machine, when the time comes again for a new one we will definitely buy this one again! ... show more

This ice machine is fairly quiet and only takes 13 minutes to make ice. Of course the cubes are small, but again its not a commercial size machine. The ice tastes great with filtered water and are square and clear. We love just having it on hand. No regrets from this purchase.

Ordered this to use for our camper but we’ve actually brought it into our home Kitchen. It gets filled close to nightly and my husband just recently figured out timer function so sets it that we have fresh cold ice each morning.
