The bed was fairly easy to assemble. The only issue was the instructions were not completely clear about one piece of the lower bed frame assembly where there is two large circular cuts to join the leg post to the bed frame. I tried to call support but no one answered and I didn't want to wait for an email. I looked for an assembly video or a more clear instruction manual online but nothing was to be found. I figured out a way to make it work with the hardware supplied though. All in all with a few breaks and some time to look for clearer instructions on the questionable piece, it took about 4 hrs to assemble. My children love it and the cats do too. The girls love their new bed. There were a couple of times I had to take things apart because I didn't catch the details in the picture directions (Which boards face which direction) so it needed to be fixed, but over all it was decently easy to put together.
