I’m amazed at how well this worked. Both the sink and tub in one of my upstairs bathrooms have been so slow for about 20 years. I have tried every drain cleaner on the market numerous times. Tried even plunging them a few times. The drain cleaners and plunging would help a bit but within a week, the sink especially would again drain so slowly it was nearly unusable. I saw this product and needed to hit the $35 minimum for next day delivery for something I needed the next morning, so thought I would give it a try. Not really expecting much. But why not. I’ve tried just about everything else over the years. I spent no more then 5 minutes feeding the plastic snakes down the sink drain, pulling up unrecognizable gunk until nothing more came up. I did feed the snake down as far as it could go up to the handle. Well it must have loosened and broke up the persistent clog because the drain now is better then I ever recall it being since my home was new. With both hot and cold on full the water now goes down so fast it doesn’t even rise up past the drain plug. I then did the same with the tub drain and again it cleared the drain and runs like new. This has to be my favorite purchase I’ve made in years. And to think it was just something to hit the minimum order and I didn’t really have high hopes for it making much of a difference. Boy was I wrong. This product is fantastic. I’m so thrilled. Never again will I have slow sinks or tub drains again. Note: to clean off what ever it pulls up, the best way to remove the “stuff” is to wipe it (with a paper towel), from tip to handle. It keeps the towel from catching on the hooks.

These little plastic cleaner devices do work. I only put them down a couple of times and they brought up a lot of hair and just plan ick. Now my bathroom sink actually drains without backing up. My only concern is that if I put them down in all the way they will break when pulling them back up because the aren't super flexible (which is probably the point). I would hate to have half of the device stuck in the drain and then I really would have to get a plumber out to fix it.

This device has saved us many plumber services. My husband always would do the nasty job of unclogging the tub , but when my sink got clogged & my husband was not available, I gave it a try! It was very easy , just not the most pleasant job to do! I even cleaned the tub too while I was at it! Tool works perfectly, great invention & easy to use. It is reusable for at least almost ten (10) uses or more. Quick too! I just poor bleach on it after use , rinse & store it in a plastic bag. Hang on garage to easily find when needed.

I bought this clog remover after my shower became plugged. While the price seemed reasonable at the time, it turned out to not be so after using it, and I got exactly what I paid. The removers are long and slim, which I liked. I also liked the fact that this comes with multiple removers, more than most of the other options that I found on Amazon. Upon taking the first one and inserting on the drain, it promptly snapped. It went in slowly, I twisted as advised, and slowly started pulling it back out. However, after applying the slightest pressure, it just broke. This clogged remover turned out to be pretty flimsily made. I was eventually able to take it out after much work and getting creative with other items that I have around the hose. When the clog remover finally came out, it did come out with all the gunk that was clogging my drain, and it has drained very nicely since. Do I recommend this? Based on price alone, not really, based on performance, not really either, based on quantity? Probably. It did the job, but I am not going to be using any of the other ones. I guess going with the cheaper options, I should not be surprised that something like this happened. I could be totally wrong and this may be a great product and I got unlucky with a defective product, but that still means a pretty negative experience for me, which leads me to recommend for you to stay away from this product and try your luck with another one.

The sink in one bathroom has been draining very slowly. I did not want to pay a plumber to take drain apart. I also cannot easily remove the stopper. To disconnect the stopper requires loosening the bolt that connects to the drain pipe. That could result in water leakage if not properly reconnected. I’m not a handyman, just an old lady. I did NOT want to even get under the sink and mess with that! I wasn’t sure this product would work, but I was able to pushed the orange, hooked, flexible snake down each side of the stopper and get nasty gunk out. Not a lot of hair. To my surprise, the enzyme sticks I had been using weren’t completely dissolving. They were now spongy pieces encased in gunk. Don’t use those sticks. I tosed the rest out. You do not need to remove the stopper to use this great product. I used a small brush with a long handle to clean the sides of the stopper after unclogging. That’s the other downside to not having easily removable stoppers. Can’t properly clean them. I wiped the mess out of the sink, then wiped down with alcohol to disinfect. Washed the orange snake with soap and water, then wiped down with alcohol before storing. I’m delighted with my purchase. The drain is running great now!

I purchased this item, and unfortunately, all three orange snakes arrived snapped and broken. I requested a return and replacement, but the second one arrived damaged in the exact same way. The fact that both arrived broken in the same spot suggests poor quality, and based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this product.
