Works good on my 2018 2500, love having a bigger screen thats actually usable. Backup cam quality is not super awesome but it's still bigger and easier to see than the one that came stock with the truck. If anyone knows how to remove the predownloaded songs from it please leave a review with how you did it. I realize it came from China but my hell I wasn't expecting Chinese pop music to be on it lol ... show more

Feel like this could be a good unit, I however have had issues so far. First day after installing it the menu button pushed inside the the unit now it just flops around inside the bezel. And the volume spikes out of nowhere. I'll be listening and all of a sudden the volume jumps up and scares the hell out of you. It's not anything related to increasing with speed, it even does it when parked. And it shows the same volume level but the actual sound gets much louder. ... show more

    • TERRIBLE AUDIO
it was great as a carplay device but terrible as a audio device. Terrible sound quality due to the RCA cables used to connect everything and it doesn’t get louder than my OEM radio. I’m a sound guy so it was very disappointing but a good infotainment system nonetheless
