I was very skeptical about these products. Looked at them for a good while. Decided last October to take a chance. First the instrument cluster. The install was easy although there was some cutting needed on the right side to help the unit to sit flush. Overall the install was easy and clean without any issues. The cluster integrated nicely with the existing user info panel. I've had zero issue or need to contact support. The Android Radio Head unit! Wow! I am an Android user. Never owned an iPhone so this unit is like an extension of my Android phone. Amazing, Amazing product. The initial unit had and issue. The Bluetooth was faulty from the beginning. The support staff was very responsive. They worked with me via WhatsApp for three days to resolve the issue. I basically had 24-7 support. All hours of the day as they are in China. I never felt like I was in this alone. We eventually agreed that I needed to get another unit. They gave me another unit at a discount and shipping was quick. Received the new unit, installed it and had zero issues. The faulty unit was returned for an immediate full refund. I've since also installed an LTE/4G SIM from T-Mobile to have continuous connectivity instead of WiFi. The one thing I found was that the GPS and LTE antennas that came with the unit are basic. They will work but not the best reception if you want to keep them inside the dash. I ended up purchasing a two in one GPS/LTE antenna (2 connectors) that did the trick. Now the LTE and GPS reception is absolutely amazing. At this point I'm actually contemplating purchasing another cluster and head unit just in case I have issues in the future. Because at this point I have no idea what I would do if they eventually start to give me issues. They make the truck look amazing. They offer real world experiences and just WORK!! ... show more

The product is great works perfectly... Only issue i had was the back up camera signal wire was a different color then stated in the instructions... but I reach out to there tech support and they straightened me right out!

Dude this thing is sick! Easily the coolest thing I’ve bought for my truck. Like you can watch Netflix on the thing while you drive! Still learning things about it every time I jump in. Only thing is I would like to download IOS app but you can’t. I’m sure there’s a way to do it via an interface or exterior download, but I’m just haven’t spent the time to research it. Seriously but it, you’ll love it ... show more
