Purchased this same item in 2020. My unit was new then and the installer said to place just a piece of plywood over the top, not to cover the whole unit. This helps air to circulate through the unit to dry out unwanted moisture that can eventually lead to rust and other internal problems within the unit as my old unit did. So this top has keep the leaves out, heavy snow and knowing that this cover withstands the high north winds it is exposed to and stays secure. No more covers flapping in the winds, tearing or having to be rescued. This will be the 4th winter this same cover will be used and still in great shape. Originally purchased the brown color which has now faded to a sage green from sun exposure. No matter, still looks great and no wear or tear. My unit measure 32x32 but ordered a 36x36, glad I did, perfect fit to the corners. Happy with the purchase then, still am after all this time. When I opened it, I didn’t unfold it completely so thought the bungee cords were not included. Contacted them and asked for my address and they would send me another.
