It came partially assembled, with no assembly instructions. ok, can't be that hard, right? Just need to install the handles. Easy enough. However, the rest of the stool that came pre-assembled is loosey-goosey and not stable, but because of the way it's assembled with rivets you can't tighten it up at all. For what they're charging for this, it should have been a lot better. Oh, and I know it's a little thing, but the sticker they put on it wouldn't come off either, so it just looks crappy, too. Not happy with this purchase and it would have been a PITA to return it, so I guess I am just stuck with it. ... show more

I've used this ladder several times for reaching to higher elevations for cleaning. I move it around by folding it and grasping it in the middle so the weight is distributed evenly. I appreciate the handles to grip for balance which gives a secure feeling. It folds up and takes very little space for storage. This is a right size tall ladder . It is also very simple to use which makes one reason why this is a good product. This ladder also is very strong which can hold up to about 500 pounds and can give very good balance. It also has handles to hold on to which doesn’t make you fall. And lastly there are two types of ladders that you can buy. The one your looking at right now has 4 steps. But you can also buy 3 steps in case if you don’t want your ladder to be to tall. ... show more
