As described and arrived in perfect timing as I had a dunkin donuts order today with alot of drinks in a tray. I do recommend having two towels inside to fill the voids and prevent movement of the products. The drink holders on the side will hold your standard fountain drink cups from most restaurants, but I have doubts with Chic Filas Xtra large cups. All my chic Fila orders have been that...but no worry because the main inside compartment is big enough to put two drinks in a carrier and the food bag beside it. The front zipper pouch I guess could be used to store condiments and napkins, but I actually just used one of the side drink pouches for that. Oh, and the side handles hold a medium pizza to the very top of the bag very nicely! Has velcro handle fasteners. The bag has a bottom insert that helps with holding it's shape...I have had no issues with annoying sides sagging trying to load it with product. Hope this helps...only downside is it will not be able to do anything with a large pizza box and the side drink pouches maybe "just a touch" on the too small size.

its is almost perfect the shoulder straps look cheap but the bag itself is of good quality. when i open and close it gets stuck on the inside material of the bag so i might have to glue the inside. i like the handles on the side but they do get stuck often on my bike .

As a food delivery driver, beverages are one of the biggest hassles. You're lucky if you can get a cup carrier out of a restaurant to hold the drinks and even when you do, the cup carrier is always in danger of tipping over, even if you have it sitting on the floor of the car. This bag allows you to transport several beverages safely. The bag is very sturdy and doesn't tip over unless you have all of the drinks on one side of the bag. Just space them out and put one or two on each side. Don't put them all on the same side and you won't have problems. The bag keeps hot food hot and cold food cold. Most of my food deliveries are regular standard food, but I also get ice cream orders from time to time and this bag handles both types of food well. I actually use it for my own groceries, too. It's much better than using standard reusable grocery bags simply because of its backpack design. It's much easier to carry. I think this would also be a great bag to take on picnics or to amusement parks and music festivals. You can keep a lot of drinks and snacks in this! A+ item, five out of five stars!

I'm using this backpack as a cooler (or keep warmer) that can also keep my drinks secure. I typically have a selection of beverages - caffeine, water, probably something flavored, and a backup caffeinated beverage for the afternoon if I'll be out for a while. This insulated bag handily holds all of those securely along with snacks! It's not highly insulated, so best for shorter storage of hot or cold (it's a delivery backpack, not a long term cooler) but still a decent level of insulation. I didn't take off stars, but the one design hiccup I found is that the bottom piece that is supposed to fit in and stabilize the whole bag is folded in half. It appears this was done for more compact shipping, but that compromises the ability of that pieces to really make a solid floor. This is easy to switch out, but I'd definitely plan for it. A sturdy piece of cardboard or plastic should do fine. You can keep this piece in as well for the insulation/padding. Also, the packaging is very, very snug, so be extra careful cutting open the box. I nearly cut the bag just from opening the box with caution. If I'd used a regular box cutter, it would have actually caused damage. As it was, I did barely cut the plastic wrapping! (I put a photo of this, but it's a little hard to see).

I've been looking for something that will fit behind the driver's seat that easily accessible from the front passenger side for storing snacks during trips. This bag fits the ticket nicely. It holds more, insulates better, and is easier to access than the doubled up insulated grocery bags we've been using.

I like the size of this cooler. It will hold large amounts of food. I do wish that it had an insert to make it more sturdy like my smaller cooler bag. The 1 piece that is supposed to go in the bottom to make it sturdy is small so it doesn't quite fill the whole bottom and it seems kinda flimsy. I guess this is fine if you are delivering food but I'd thought I'd use it for road trips. When I ordered it, I'd liked the backpack straps as I thought it might be useful for hiking but I think the cooler is too big for that. If you are delivering pizzas it looks like it will hold several but I'm not sure it's a good idea to have the bag in the upright position as everything might slide off or get all squished up on one side of the pizza box. I'd lay it on it's back for that purpose. For other food it looks like it would work OK in the upright position.
