I recently tried this eye color and overall, I'm really impressed! The pigmentation is fantastic, and it truly lasts all day without any creasing, which is a huge plus for me. I’m already considering purchasing more shades to expand my collection. That said, I did encounter a couple of issues. While applying it, I felt a bit of pulling on the skin of my eyelids, which was slightly uncomfortable. Additionally, when I opened the tube, the product immediately fell out, which was unexpected. It seems to fit quite loosely in the packaging, moving around rather than being securely centered. Despite these minor drawbacks, the vibrant color and all-day wear really stand out. I love these shadow sticks mostly because I've never been able to apply makeup well, especially eye shadow and this makes it so easy to get a thicker "eye line" and the colors are just great. I like the neutral colors for a more natural look, and the more colorful ones for a more dramatic, "going out" look. The price cannot be beat, and the quality is just as good as other shadow sticks, which I also buy. But I like the ELF ones the best. They are light and easy to apply. I own several of these eyeshadow sticks in various colors. I also own a bunch from different makers like NYX , Wet and Wild etc. The colors of these shadows are really nice *but* they dry down too fast which makes applying them and blending them really difficult. I've tried blending them with a brush and with my fingers. The texture of some of them are drier than others. I think this may be because the stock is old or aging. The color Groovy was so dry and brittle it just flaked away when I swatched it on my wrist. I am very disappointed in this product 3/10 ... show more

Goes on smoothly and stays on until you take it off. It is smudge and water resistant. I can put it on early in the morning and it's still on when I go to take it off late at night. I love the way it looks and feels. It doesn't dry out during the day.

I usually love ELF but wasn't impressed with this. It's not the products fault, it's that my skin tone doesn't do pink very well. I'm an olive brown complexion. HOWEVER, if you are black, it will probably show up on your skin, it's pretty pigmented. If you are more my skin tone, it might come out a little weird. You know how it is.
