The first one we got had a bad fan motor, possibly a bearing. They had awesome communication and wound up sending us a replacement. The new one is very quiet and works fantastic. Easy to use and does an amazing job. I cannot recommend this enough. We've done everything from pineapple to raspberries to apples. We will be doing some jerky soon. For a normal house size doing dehydrating it's perfect. It is well built and easy to clean. The timer makes it easy to set it up in the evening and waking up to a finished product. We love it!

I’ve been using this dehydrator for several months and it exceeded my expectations. We’ve used it to make beef jerky treats for our German Sherherd (unseasoned of course) and he absolutely loves them. We’ve dehydrated apples, kiwi, pears, bananas, strawberries and more, and the dehydrator works great. Overall, very satisfied with this purchase and would highly recommend. Here are a few of my observations: Pros: - all stainless steel exterior/interior - comes with 12 SS racks to excellent capacity - dual fans, fairly quiet - very easy to use - door latch to prevent heat loss and hold door sturdy - side handles for easy handling/storing - auto shut off when desired time has expired - instructions are adequate Cons: - the only con is that the recipe book that comes with the dehydrator could have improved recipe selection.

The 12 stainless steel trays allow me to prepare large batches of snacks at once, which is perfect for my family. I love being able to make jerky and dried fruits all in one go. The 1000W heating really speeds up the drying process. I’ve noticed that my food dries evenly and retains its flavor and nutrients, which is a big win for me. The maximum temperature of 195℉ works well for different types of foods. I can easily switch settings depending on whether I’m drying meats or fruits. We’ve been considering getting a dehydrator for our foods for long trips for some time now. We are planning to go camping a lot this summer and decided to make the purchase. I’m really happy that we did because already we have had a fantastic experience with this product. I had in mind to dry some fruits and vegetables, however, this product came with a booklet of recipes and we have been exposed to many more types of foods that we could dry. So far, we have tried fruits, vegetables, and some meat. All have successfully dried. It has been delicious. If you are looking to buy a dehydrator for keeping food preserved longer, or for just the taste this is definitely a purchase to make. I recommend this product. It was easy to set up and really easy to use in general. Easy to clean and looks great.

This food dehydrator has a sturdy stainless-steel build and a professional, countertop-friendly design. The multiple metal trays provide plenty of space for dehydrating fruits, vegetables, meats, and herbs, and the rear fan helps circulate heat evenly so food dries consistently across all levels. The digital controls are easy to use for setting temperature and time, which is helpful for longer dehydration sessions. On the downside, the unit is fairly large and heavy, so it does take up a good amount of counter space. Good dehydrator for making deer jerky. Easy to use and easy clean up. Like the timer to be able to set it and go about my day. Like to dual fans in the back for even drying. Will be buying another one.
