The media could not be loaded. Really happy with this dehydrator. We have been previously using our Breville toaster oven which has a dehydrator setting but only one tray. This has twelve!!! My wife really likes the presets for each type of food that we commonly use - apples, bananas, beef, etc. - with the ability to customize. Super easy to use. Overall build quality is nice and does not look out of place in our kitchen. The shelves are pretty close together but you can leave every other or every third tray out if you have something bigger.

The shelves don't sit securely inside the cabinet. Other than that it seems to be a good dehydrator.

Stainless steel baby!! I decided on this one for several reasons, the stainless steel and glass door top two. I wanted to put in the garage and run off of our solar - because yeah, electricity in CA is outrageous. I like that this is enclosed....and not plastic! (I have 2 high end plastic ones that I will be selling now) The presets and timer for this dehydrater a major plus - just a lot of great features that make this much more user friendly. I was happy to see that it isn't super heavy or bulky - cord a little on the short side - but perfect for space I am putting it in. Totally ready for the garden bounty we will soon have - and I am sure I will be using for our citrus as well as I hope to venture into dehydrating meat also.

Amazing machine. So many trays, trays small enough to fit in a dishwasher... Easy clean up. Just set it and forget it. Timer turns it off automatically, snacks and jerky ready! Wished I would have bought it sooner. Super quite, not like the old hairdryer one I used to have. Can't wait to make my juice pulp crackers in it after the dog jerky is done!
