I love this one. Small enough to fit in my bottom cabinate draw. The eight metal trays allows for a large enough amount of space. Just perfect for my needs. I make mostly dehydrated fruit and fruit leather. Very tasty stuff. I've also tried beef and chicken jerkey for my dog. I'll never by those expensive bags for treats again. I marinate beef in teriyaki sauce first for the ones we eat. A quality product at an affordable price for the beginner. It is very easy to use and clean and is super quiet when running which I love. Well, let me tell you, I’m very happy with my purchase, I have made chips and they’re delicious. This dehydrator is very easy to use and very after you’re done, is very easy to clean. Just opened this thing up. Works good, I use a lot for herbs or fruit for kids. It’s quiet, not to big can fit in any standard lower cabinet. Temp range is good, minimal cleaning. For smaller operations, don’t plan on loading a massive amount of stuff in it

Literally quit in just a few minutes. Once we had it loaded and on, the fan started making a weird noise and shut off. Less than 5 minutes and it quits.
