The foam is nicely cut, and the dimensions are as stated. This foam seems to have a hard time sticking to anything, though. After waiting the 72 hours it recommends and putting it up, I don't hear a major difference as I was expecting. I'm not sure if I hear any difference at all. You'll also need way more than one pack for a wall that's on the larger side of things. While I'm not sure how it preforms for other uses, I would recommend another product if looking for getting rid echo.

I am sure the panels themselves work great, but I have some issues with getting them to stay put. I tried double sided tape, and every panel fell off (from the double-sided tape which remained on the wall) within the hour. I am attempting to glue Velcro to the foam, but the glue seems to be possibly dissolving the foam? It may work, but I am not entirely sure. I will re-write this review with information on whether this method worked or not, as I have not seen any other reviews on actual methods of attaching to the wall.

these are the first panels ive ever used so im not sure how they compare or what i should even be expecting but im disappointed they dont block any sound as far as i can tell. i have them on both sides of my door and some on the wall around the door and sound goes through as clear as ever. most of them didnt expand at all even after 72 hours but the water method worked real fast. it was recommended to use 3m tape so i bought the command double sided removable ones. these DO NOT stick to the panels at all. the instructions tell you to glue the tape to the pads, so i used gorilla glue and it worked. not really sure why double sided tape is recommended if you just end up gluing it together but whatever. i didnt buy the tape in the "frequently bought together" section, but that one specifically says it DOESNT stick to foam anyway so im not sure why people are using it. (i think because it says "foam tape" which makes people think its good for foam but actually the tape itself is made of foam lol.) anyway yeah i now have a bunch of foam taped/glued to my door/walls like a weirdo with nothing to show for it. im leaving them up because its better than nothing i suppose. 1 star because it took forever to wait 72 hours for panels to expand, soak/dry to actually expand, then glue/wait for glue to dry 24 panels that dont really do anything.
