I LOVE this stuff so much! And yes, I may use it on carpets, but its main use in my house is a stain pre-treater for my laundry and bedding. When I say this stuff works, it works. I dont worry about stains anymore, fresh or old; blood, wine, makeup, gone! And I've never had it change the color, or ruin in anyway anything that I've applied it to. I stumbled onto this stuff during COVID and haven't let go, and apparently there is a whole community of us who use it exactly the way I do. Highly, highly recommended. I was out of town. My daughter phoned me, almost in tears, angry at the dog who had invaded her bedroom, scattered trash everywhere, including the chicken wings she had left unguarded. I’ve tried a lot of carpet cleaners and this is easily the most effective one I’ve used for older stains. It’s very simple to use. I spray it, let it sit for a bit, lightly scrub it into the fibers, then spray again and blot it up. The key is really working it into the carpet when you scrub. That step makes a noticeable difference. What stood out is how well it works on stains that have been sitting for a while. I even brought it to my neighbor’s house when her kid had ground Oreo and milk into their carpet. The stain had been there for over a month and this completely removed it from the area rug.
