This scooter is pretty nice. We had an issue with it arriving with a broken piece. We contacted METRO Mobility and they sent us a new one right out. We have not heard anything from the 3rd party sellers. So, I cannot speak on their customer service. But, METRO has been awesome. My Husband and I have taken my scooter to the park and on an evening walk. I love it! However, you can feel all the bumps and cracks in the sidewalk. So, if you have back problems, this may not be the best choice fir you. Also, I am only 5'2" and there's not a lot of leg room. I would not recommend this scooter for tall people. I received my scooter delivery today. It's charging now, but I cannot wait to take it for a spin. It looks great. I only wish that it was a little bit longer. I sat down on it and realized I don't have a lot of leg room. I am 6'2" tall it's not ideal for taller people. But I am sooooo happy that I finally have a scooter. I will make it work. Though small, it functions just like my larger one. I can easily lift it into the back of my car, which I CAN NOT do with my larger one. It doesn't carry as much as my larger one, so I feel a bit crowded on it but it carries me and all else I want to carry (under my legs) so I'm happy.
