Bike greatly exceeded my expectations, just needed a bike to ease the city cruising but ended up having enough power to go offroading. Took 2 trips to the mountains already; Railroad Trail and Valley of Fire in Nevada. It had no trouble taking my 150lb boy uphill on several 20 deg climb. He even rope-pull me on my non electric bike on some climbs. Battery lasted the full day of 15 miles of mountain road with about 30% power left. Also could carry a 2nd person over slight climbs with ease. Brakes are awesome, suspension is also great. Gotta be easy on the throttle on level roads as it can go faster that you would like, but it has an option for speed limiter which helps with that. The best part is that it folds up super small to fit inside my car along with another 20inch foldable bike. Also the folding mechanism has a safety pin in case it gets loose for any reason, but the main adjustable lever feels very safe. The headlight is super bright for night riding. The phone holder with built in charger is also a nice feature. Very impressed, I could not say anything bad about it, maybe the display is a little basic but it has speed and battery level which is all you will need, anything else may be a distraction. ... show more

I bought these bikes for our kiddos to ride afterschool, and we’re loving it! The quality exceeded our expectations, and now we want to buy another two more so that we can enjoy family rides. It’s the only bike we found with a backrest for the passenger, which adds extra comfort. It also has an alarm that goes off if someone tries to take it. The removable battery is great for safety and it makes it easy for charging. The battery life is amazing, and the bike comes with a light, horn. The speed is super fast and easy to control, with 3 different modes. It was definitely worth it! We were truly impressed by the quality of the bikes and everything it offers. ... show more

Cheap cheap every bump you hit rim bottoms out. Seat crushes under you. Handlebars don’t align with the front wheel. Return policy is horrible. You can’t mail it back. The policy says they may or may not refund you completely up to them. The communication with them is extremely invasive. They come up their excuse! will never buy this product again or this vendor. ... show more
