I’m 6’7” 280lbs and this bike fits me very well, but my 10 year old son at 5’3” 90lbs can also ride it (but not fold or lift it well, it is too heavy for him). The construction is SOLID and I feel like the weight limit should be rated well over 300lbs. I’ve put over 150 miles on it so far and it works flawlessly. I’ve been on some really fun rides with big hills and haven’t been able to run the battery out yet, that being said, my farthest ride was 25 miles round trip. The best part is I can fold it and it fits in the trunk of my car (see picture). Great design and overall great product. The front disk break was bent when I received the bike and the customer service sent a new one out to me quickly. My only complaint is the breaks aren’t that great overall so I plan on upgrading them to a higher quality aftermarket breaking system (Edit: I bought the Xtech HB-100 semi hydraulic brake calibers on Amazon for $41.99 and this thing has great stopping power now. Very easy install). This bike has far exceeded my expectations for the price. I’ve read other reviews about the customer service but I had no issues when i contacted them about the bent brake rotor.

The media could not be loaded. Love this bike, I'm 6,2 and 275 lbs and it rides me comfortablely along with my two year old! tires are sturdy, charge last a long time even with throttle at max speed 5, I can get it up to 28 mph with just me on the bike also added some turn signals to make it a bit safer also. And I love the colored lcd screen better than my son's lcd screen on his more expensive bike

Immediately upon unpacking, I was disappointed by the hastily painted area with drips on the handlebar and trunk. Easy assembly instructions for me. There was NO bike pump in the box. Really goes 30 mph (I'm 145 lbs). The grips are comfortable but they turn, you need to change them or figure out how to fix. Otherwise I'm happy with the purchase. I like the five pedal assist modes. Accelerates quite quickly.

Ive had for almost 2 years and 1185 miles put on the bike w absolutely no issues with it.Only issue i ever had was there parts and service dept couldn't get ahold of them sent 3emails and was no phone number to call.i wanted a backup motor just in case I needed one after warranty expired .went w aftermarket motor But still running strong today.extra motor still sitting on shelf

First weekend I've had it, and I gotta say I'm REALLY impressed. Lives up to everything the ad says and more. But what it doesn't convey is the SIZE of this thing! I was vacillating between sizes, ultimately choosing 20" because I thought anything smaller would look ridiculous. And anything bigger would be too cumbersome. HOWDY-DOODY, Was I right?!? With the...ahem..'thinkened' center bar and the fat 4" tires, the bike is almost too big for me at 5' 11"! Not complaining, though! Just saying, it's not the size of a normal 20" bike. If anyone wanted to know. Besides or perhaps in addition to the size, the craftsmanship of every detail of this bike is top notch! I checked EVERY SINGLE WELD and EVERY SINGLE one of them is a stack of dimes. This thing would live through the apocalypse. It is built like a TANK! All of this contributes to its overall solidity. Which, in turn, gives you a remarkably smooth ride. I spent a little more on the bigger motor of this one, instead of the dual suspension of another similarly priced one with a smaller motor. I choose wisely. The ride on this is quite literally amazing. It already feels like there's dual suspension. I was skeptical about the seat-post suspension, but it honestly works!! I paid $800 for mine, through Amazon. But I've seen them as high as $1,200. DONT PAY THIS PRICE! If it's higher than 800, just go straight to Euybike.com and get it there. Same price, great customer service!
