Setup was a breeze — handlebars and pedals were nearly pre-installed, and I was ready to ride within 30 minutes, following the video guide . The fat 20″×4″ tires soak up bumps beautifully whether I'm on pavement or light gravel trails. It really feels durable — I’ve taken some spills and dropped it a few times, and nothing’s broken — this thing is a tank . Handling is steady, even with my 200+ lb weight, and the mechanical disc brakes stop sharply. Only quirks: battery range isn’t always the advertised 60 miles — more like mid‑20s throttle or 50 miles with pedal assist — and the display had a minor error once, but Luckeep support issued a replacement part quickly . Overall, the X1 Lite delivers big‑bike performance in a folding frame — fast, fun, reliable — and built solid. Why did you pick this product vs others?: Price and size (a previous purchase from another vender would not fit as she's only 5'3". Comfort: Very comfortable Battery life: Not sure since it is very new and has not been ridden far yet Adjustment capability: very good Fun to ride: Absolutely fun to ride....almost like a motor scooter, but quiet. Foldability: That is it's greatest advantage: easy to fold up and transport in the back of a SUV or Pickup Ease of use: Super easy to use; just start the bike and ride.

I never leave reviews but this bike/company is so bad I had to let the people know. For context, I live in NYC and purchased this to use as a commuter bike for daily use to work and school. I’ll start with the pros. Pros: None Cons: - I first placed the order on August 15 and didn’t receive it til October 11. I was told the delay was due to the bike being out of stock even though when I purchased it, it was in stock. I paid $150 for shipping. The first order sent out from the seller was canceled, I wasn’t given a reason why and they didn’t reach out to me to let me know it was cancelled. It was once I reached out to them that they realized it was cancelled and then proceeded to place another order. - The bike I purchased on Amazon was NOT the bike I received. I ordered the Lite version in all black. The original posting of the bike had a lot of features that the bike I received did not come with. For example, the original posting offered a security FOB with alarm feature, the LCD display showed the turn signals, and the front bike light had a high beam feature. The bike I received has NONE of those features. The company did not inform me of the changes when they told me the bike would be delayed. I wouldn’t have proceeded with the purchase if they had. - The design is also different. The original bike was all black and looked very sleek. The one I received has this weird blue design on it, again, if I saw the weird design I wouldn’t have bought it. - The instruction manual and set up videos are for the original bike design, not for the one I ordered. I ended up putting it together on my own. This was when I realized a lot of the features were missing. - The biggest con and the one that matters most is the BATTERY. The battery is NO GOOD. The full throttle mode lasts 17 miles! Not the 35-40 miles advertised. The PAS mode on level 2 lasts 26 miles not the 60 miles advertised. It takes me 8 and a half hours to charge the battery, not the 6-7 hours advertised. The battery and the charger get really hot compared to other e-bike batteries. I’ve used this bike for 2 days and have been very disappointed to say the least. My daily commute is 18 miles total and I was very shocked to see that the battery died before I could get home both times. Luckeep bike you let me down.

After 230 miles this bike has been great! Handling, ergonomics (comfort adjusted riding position) and battery efficiency have been fantastic! I ride with non-battery bike and have found that I need nearly zero battery to effectively maintain a 12-13MPH pace. PROS: 1. Customer Service. They will work to satisfy! 2. Build quality. Welds, paint, components and functions solid, safe and attractive. 3. Value. Go look; compare. This is a real deal. 4. Electronic display & operation. The digital display is bright and colorful and easily clicks through functions. Headlight is bright and turn signals with brake lights increase safety level. Horn is effectively loud to give an alert where needed. 5. Zippy Fun! Battery & motor performance are great at this price/quality package. First 10mile ride using Power Assist level 5 used 11% of the battery and topped out at 31mph. 6. Handling. I’m 6’ & 190lbs - the bike fits me comfortably and handles great. Gears are Shimano and click easily; braking is smooth and sure. CONS: 1. A shim for the handlebar assembly was not included. They promptly mailed it. 2. Folding the bike should be easier - the hinge is very tight; perhaps with repeated use, it will become easier to fold & unfold. 3. At Power Assist levels 3-5, there is no resistance while pedaling, requiring the rider to ‘freewheel’ pedal to keep the electric motor engaged. If you want exercise while using the Power Assist, only use PA 1 or 2. I’d buy another one without reservations.
