Although it was missing some features I was looking forward to, I can understand why they were removed. It was very easy to assemble and after charging it was off to the races. It is rides, handles and looks great. Very pleased with the build but I will say it is a lot bigger and built very well. It is heavy and would not recommend it for folding for someone that may not have the strength to handle it. The app is not the greatest but it functions pretty well. Ordered this Bike about 2 weeks ago, it came in and delivered in 3 days. Assembling and operating the bike became a little easy after reviewing the attached videos in the customer questions & answers section, just following the instructions for downloading app and setting up the bike based on your preferences. It is a strong big E-bike structurally, weights 75.2 lbs with the battery. Has a powerful motor, runs great, pedal assistance at level 1 & 2 had a gentle start, cruise control, auto lighting including turn signals and hydraulic disc brakes all worked functionally as designed. the remote control with the anti theft alarm system is really convenient at the times when leaving the bike in parking place. Almost everything meets my expectations, the only thing I could not figured out is to active the "Push" model. In general, Luckeep X1 is a very good E-bike, it worths every penny of your expended money. ... show more

Great quality bike for work or fun, strong and fast with some nice features too. The battery lasts all week with just one charge, riding to and from work with ease. The bike weighs about 70 lbs which is manageable for me. The seat is a bit hard so I got a comfy seat cover and it’s good to go, definitely worth the price. I don't like to do reviews or have much online presence, but I want to share a positive review of my Amazon and Luckeep ebike purchase. The bike arrived a couple of days ago so I'm still in the "honeymoon" phase, but so far I'm a 100% satisfied. The ebike arrived a few days early and was 90% pre-assembled (as advertised) and every part, tool and the guidebook was included. I did a ton of research and based on the specs, reviews, price, it's beautiful and sturdy design the Luckeep was the clear winner. I'm 6.0" tall and the size of the bike is perfect for me or anyone 5"8" to 6"4". Also I live in a residential zone less than 1 mile from the downtown area to one of the largest, US largest cities which is undergoing massive construction and reconstruction so the thick tires, sturdy frame and strong electric engine make it a fun and safe ride here in "pothole city", lol. So far the quality, intelligence and sturdiness of the build, all the extra included accessories, the specs, price point and inherent fun riding it make it a real steal Imho. This bike can reach 30 MPH and the battery life has been excellent. Smartly this ebike always starts out in neutral (gear 0, PAS 0) for safety reasons. Just remember if the ebike is in gears 1-5 and you even slightly turn the right throttle - the ebike will lurch forward. So start slow in a parking lot or suburban street and you will have this bike mastered within 10 minutes of riding it. So far all 5 stars to Amazon and to Luckeep for the great, secure packaging, and simple, clear assembly instructions. I highly recommend the Luckeep 1200W ebike and I'm already receiving tons and tons of compliments on the bike and I'm very satisfied consumer, but if anything changes I'll update my review. ... show more
