I don't like to do reviews or have much online presence, but I want to share a positive review of my Amazon and Luckeep ebike purchase. The bike arrived a couple of days ago so I'm still in the "honeymoon" phase, but so far I'm a 100% satisfied. The ebike arrived a few days early and was 90% pre-assembled (as advertised) and every part, tool and the guidebook was included. I did a ton of research and based on the specs, reviews, price, it's beautiful and sturdy design the Luckeep was the clear winner. I'm 6.0" tall and the size of the bike is perfect for me or anyone 5"8" to 6"4". Also I live in a residential zone less than 1 mile from the downtown area to one of the largest, US largest cities which is undergoing massive construction and reconstruction so the thick tires, sturdy frame and strong electric engine make it a fun and safe ride here in "pothole city", lol. So far the quality, intelligence and sturdiness of the build, all the extra included accessories, the specs, price point and inherent fun riding it make it a real steal Imho. This bike can reach 30 MPH and the battery life has been excellent. Smartly this ebike always starts out in neutral (gear 0, PAS 0) for safety reasons. Just remember if the ebike is in gears 1-5 and you even slightly turn the right throttle - the ebike will lurch forward. So start slow in a parking lot or suburban street and you will have this bike mastered within 10 minutes of riding it. So far all 5 stars to Amazon and to Luckeep for the great, secure packaging, and simple, clear assembly instructions. I highly recommend the Luckeep 1200W ebike and I'm already receiving tons and tons of compliments on the bike and I'm very satisfied consumer, but if anything changes I'll update my review.

Works great, feels good, and looks nice too. I have an 11 mile commute to work. I got here this morning and the bike still had over 50% battery. So far I like to keep it on PAS level 2 or 3 and actually pedal. I use the throttle to help with steep hills or to quickly get across a street or crosswalk. It's awesome for that. Then long straight stretches I'll give my legs a break (not that they're working that hard) and with full throttle max speed for me was 27-28mph according to the display on the bike. Plenty fast for me. When I am using level 2 or 3 I am hovering between 13-19mph. A comfortable speed. When I use the throttle I have tears flowing from my eyes just because of the cold wind in my face (45 degrees here right now). Using mode 2 there is slight resistance with the pedals and mode 3 I am basically slow-motion running with almost no resistance. Very easy riding. And seeing that I can get to work and probably make it all the way back home without needing a charge is amazing. I do bring the charger with me to charge at work so I have full battery to get back home, but if I forgot the charger for some reason I think I would be okay. Plus the fact that if the battery dies you can still ride as a regular bike no problem. This thing is a beast and it seems they thought of everything. Putting the bike together was a breeze as well. The instruction video had some extra steps, my bike came with the rotor attached to the front wheel already, and everything was already attached and fixed to the handlebar such as the display and control buttons. Took me about 30 minutes altogether and was not confusing at all. The video is pretty quick and easy to miss things, use the manual for close up pictures of what you're actually doing during install. Easy stuff. I don't write reviews. But this thing is amazing. It's a tank. I've fell on it twice already (user error), pretty decent spills too, but zero effect to the bike. My phone even stayed in the provided holder during the falls. Impressive. Anyways, I am not worried about durability for sure. If you're looking for a commuter and are maybe slightly lazy like me....no way I'm going to ride a regular bike all the way to work and back every day, I would be exhausted....then this bike is for you. Or maybe you're looking for a hobby. This thing is super fun. Gravel and grass are fun to ride on. This was an expensive purchase for me. I can't remember the last thing I spent over a thousand bucks on. But...I would do it again. This is my commuter now due to lack of vehicle, and I am very happy with it. STAY SAFE OUT THERE! UPDATE: I have put almost 100 miles on this bike since I got it 3 days ago. The past two mornings there was snow on the ground and I had no issues. Take it slow around turns, but other than that these tires and the bikes power can overcome pretty much any obstacle you might face on the road or sidewalks. It is fantastic. I need to get some heated gloves though, going average 15-20mph and sometimes 27-28mph....it's cold! And riding glasses or goggles are a must. Mine are getting delivered today and will most definitely save my eyeballs during my rides. It's cold! RIDE SAFE!!!!! UPDATE: Put a little over 300 miles on this bike now. I used to see about 50% charge left after my 11 mile commute, now I'm seeing 40% or a little less. Power has decreased going up major hills. Not sure how I can get my battery to operate better. But the bike is still my favorite thing and has been getting me to work and back just fine. I love this bike. I had to order a new charger from the luckeep website because mine stopped working. Trying to figure out refund or replace but don't have time to wait for answers so just ordered a new one. This is my commuter. Hopefully won't take long to arrive. I don't know if I am willing to take some of the long steep hills on my commute without having the battery assisting me. Ooooooweeeeee!

I almost bought a smaller cheaper e-bike, as this is my first. I'm glad I did some research and spent the extra money buying this one. At 5'11" and 250lbs, this bike feels extremely sturdy and properly sized. I have the handlebars up higher for comfort but the seat still has room to accommodate a taller person. Assembly was pretty easy and the battery has more range than I've needed. I definitely recommend this bike.

This bike is well worth the price. Shipping was incredibly fast and packed well. Assembly was very easy. It took just over an hour. The battery has enough power to get out of traffic and keep up when needed. Smooth ride with the wider tires and the suspension. It doesn’t feel like it weighs 70 pounds. The lights and horn all work good, all electric connections were clean and secure. My battery handle was cracked after pulling it out to charge and the companies customer support was beyond helpful. I have a replacement on the way. I would definitely recommend this company and this bike. Definitely would purchase again.

After a long time browsing and looking for an electric bike, we finally considered this one as it fits within our budget and the overall reviews were good. It took a while to assemble it, however, when it was completely assembled it looked really nice. The functionality especially the speed level and the various accessories that comes with it sets this electric bike apart from others. My husband and I are planning to purchase for our own use but most likely when there's a promo or when we have budget for it. Highly recommend for anyone looking to purchase an electric bike.
