Per my son, who was given this as a gift: Absolutely perfect with soft suspension and smooth turning and breaking. The throttle speeds you up faster than some more expensive bikes. It comes with 2 keys for extra safety when locking it up. The customer support is great, I recently crashed it and my bike broke but all we had to do was a few simple steps and they are shipping a new one to me. A bit frustrating to assemble. The tools provided were weak and easily stripped. The brakes are difficult to adjust as some of the parts that appear adjustable are immovable. The instructions do say something about the brakes rubbing but it’ll get better after 50 hard, top speed, brakes (they need to be worn in.. I guess). The battery pack fit wasn’t perfect either. There’s a simple mechanism to lock it into place which didn’t quite line up correctly. I was able to force the fit, but the battery pack rattles as you ride. The power is good, so much so that I flipped myself off the bike when I accidentally throttled. Make sure to practice in an open, safe area before commuting/traveling. The seat slips as you ride, which is really annoying and was listed in other reviews, but it’s otherwise comfortable. The back tire also got a hole in it on my 3 time riding. And since the bikes nuts and bolts are “locked” I didn’t know how to fix/ replace the tire so I filled it with an internal tire seal. Haven’t ridden it since.. I’d have returned it but the shipping was expensive and costs $80 to ship it back. If you want something reliable, probably don’t go with something this cheap. I was hoping to use it for commuting, but this may be better suited for zipping around a neighborhood for fun. ... show more

- Update my review, while leaving the old one. I requested a refund expecting the usual Amazon procedure and mail back with a shipping label, the company reached out within an hour and offered to replace it free of charge or ship it back for $100 which means I lose out. Took the offer and surprised at how quickly they responded plus sent a replacement in less than a week. You don't see that often, thank you. Garbage, the front forks are bent and it was built that way as it would of taken a lot of force beyond dropping it during shipment and if it was accidental the forced needed would of mangled it visibly. To get any straight alignment theough the break pad as shown in one image, the second image has the axel aligned half inch forward of mounting slot. The instructions are trash, its a vague order of installation with very little directions and the axel has to be installed first before the dropped into a Y shaped slot that was out of alignment in the one photo and between the wheel and fork is a bearing/washer acting as a spacer yet there are two sizes for what should of been a straight drop in. ... show more

Decent bike. Assembly is pretty simple. Folds up easily and compact. Only thing, it has a full twist throttle so will be replacing with a thumb twist. My kids do not like the full twist at all. Totally awesome. Im a 215 pound man. I am six feet tall and I can comfortably ride it. My husband sits on the back and my miniature dog is in a doggy bjorn , and we can all write it to the park together with a combined weight of 330lb and we can still hit speeds of around twelve to fifteen miles an hour When I buy myself on number 1 I can ride about twelve to fifteen 2 about sixteen to eighteen and on number 3 full blast , about twenty miles an hour and remember i'm over two hundred pounds. I also ride through a grass field at about 10 to 12 miles an hour.With my dog running with me and it gives me an opportunity to help run my dog and get his energy out. ... show more
