These were very nice for the fact that you could change the degree of tension for resistance however, when doing Water Aerobics, you need a floatation device type weight and one that you can sit on the Pool rope dividing the line of lanes these tend to fall to the bottom of the pool. They were very easy to adjust very lightweight. Didn’t take up any room in my bag.

Bought to continue Physical therapy at home. More affordable than the ones I use at PT and love that the resistance is adjustable. They are very lightweight and seem quite durable; I feel they will last for a very long time.

This gives my arms and back strength through the resistance it creates. I like that I can tailor each paddle to my abilities on each side. This is my go to aquatic strength building. It’s durable.. I do wish there was rubber along the middle for better grip and control.

Vey expensive for the low quality plastic. Cool idea but doesn’t meet the mark for pool time. The handles are big with sharp edges. The plus of these is they would fit in a suitcase easily for travel.
