This bike has truly changed my life! But first, let's start with customer service. The moment that I submitted this order these professionals were on it. I received either a call or a message within what must have been a few hours of placing the order to ask if I would like a signature delivery, and my bike arrived right on time, safely. This bike has been my best friend since purchasing it, with the additional seat I can take my family with me on rides and I purchased a little two-seater trolley for my children and it hooks right onto the bike with no issues. Whenever I need to get out of the house and just ride this thing gets me all over town. And as far as assembly is concerned it was very easy to put together probably took no more than about 30 to 45 minutes. This product is definitely high quality and once you learn how to get the speed through my goodness it gets fast! it's definitely comfortable and I have to say the battery probably lasts around 6 hours maybe a little longer I wouldn't know because I always top off the battery when I'm done riding the bike since the first time it died. I got incredibly customer service for this bike!!! 10/10 would recommend. First of all they reached out to me prior to shipping to make sure it was me who ordered it. And i had to sign to recieve the package. Then as soon as it was all done i got it almost a week sooner then expected!! Great for me. I love the bike so far. Its helping me get to and from work wonderfully. The speed is great on it. The assembly is a bit hard so i found a video on YouTube to set it up. It comes with tools to help connect everything. I overall love the bike. It does what it needs to. Has turn signals. A large front light for night time rides. Loud horn. The breaks are great. Steering is very easy. Happy with my purchase. The seat is pretty large but hurts my butt a little. The battery is pretty long lasting. If your just cycling it can last for a long time. I rode it for 3 hours pedaling the whole time and it only dropped down 1 bar out of 5 bars on the battery. Deffiently worth the money. Im 5'2 and im barely tall enough to get on it. Its recommend 5'4 but i still make it work ... show more

Arrived on time. Bike was packaged perfectly, and very little assembly was required with all the tools necessary. The bike in action has performed to par, gear movement smooth, electric motor smooth and breaking ability in line. Would buy it again and refer those that are interested.

The v8 bike look like exactly like picture easy to put together you do need two people but I like it and I like that minds come with a nfc card you need to start up the bike , comes with the alarm you can set on your bike for when you forget your bike chain and need to go in a store soon as someone touch it or wind blow on it to hard it’s going off bike is amazing honestly. In the video my bike was less then my dad bike in other videos and they look the same he paid 1500 for that in store . But this is a better price online . ... show more
