Very pretty, easy to assemble; was already partially assembled when received. No problem folding and unfolding the bike although we realized the bolt needs to be pushed upwards, out of the way; otherwise, it keeps you from folding it. It's easier to lift for two people, but we're going to experiment with plywood, used like a plank or lever to more easily lift and slide the bike into the car. It seems to be of good quality. This bike is extremely cute and I was especially excited about the seat in the back for the short trips my 5 year old and I like to take down a little river trail path near our house. I was super excited when it arrived. Assembly wasn’t too bad. However, this bike is, sadly, very poor quality. The quick release for the pole does not tighten sufficiently to prevent the seat from sinking down or swiveling around while you ride. I’m 5’5” and 150lbs, so it’s not as if I’ve exceeded the recommended weight limit of this bike. We tried tightening it further with a wrench but it still won’t hold the seat. The worst part is the gear-shift assembly. It won’t shift gears at all. We’re still trouble shooting and trying to diagnose the exact issue because returning is a pain and I want this bike to work, but it’s honestly so crappy. It feels very flimsy. The chain cage was bent and the grip shifter doesn’t feel like it’s catching the cable at all. It’s extremely disappointing and frustrating. Overall this bike feels extremely poor quality. I absolutely love this bicycle. I travel a lot, and I love the fact that it falls up and makes it easily accessible for the car. Another great plus side is that I can step into the bike. It doesn’t have that bar that you have to put your leg over.. I have a problem with my one leg and I can’t put my leg over or over the seat so this bicycle is absolutely perfectly. It's a nice bike. It was a little hard for me by myself to get it "folded out and locked in place" ... could have used another pair of hands, but I finally got it. I've ridden it several times and the gears shift easily and overall it was not difficult to put together. I'm pleased.

Came severely damaged and just non-functional. The frame at the derailer is bent in with the derailer in the spokes. The axle for the pedals is bent so the chain comes off the sprocket after one revolution. So, now after putting it all together I must pack up my wife's birthday present and return it.
