El scooter es para una sobrina con una discapacidad severa y queriamos remplazar un scooter viejo por uno nuevo que cumpliera con dos requisitos indispensables: Llantas de 9 pulgadas y motor de 350W con pilas de litio que tuvieran una buena autonomia y este Scooter cumplio con estas espectativas. Lo probamos con una persona de 90 kg y su hija en el cesped y respondio muy bien. Subio una cuesta de aproximadamente 40 grados de pendiente, la via en adoquin y huella en ladrillo y perfecto. Muy contentos con el producto. Se recomienda apretar los tornillos de los descanzabrazos y de las ruedas auxiliares traseras con arandela grower (guasas) para que estos no se aflojen y se pierdan. El producto lo recibimos en Colombia a traves de una empresa especializada en traer productos de USA. ... show more

    • Don't buy this product. Poor ..no ....customer service and technical support.
I received my mobility scooter and then charged the battery as per manual. The battery was charged but it did not work. I turned on the scooter with the key provided and the scooter would not start. I received this item over a week ago and customer service requested I send pictures which I sent pictures of the batter in place and a picture of the control panel where the key is located . I show the key in an on position but the control panel did not work and scooter didn't work.. I have tried everyday for over a week to get resolved. Customer service said a technician would contact me. One tech did and he wanted me to do a video. They are constantly delaying to resolve the issue. I explained I need a scooter to get around but no listened or made this issue a priority. I am now waiting to hear from them and still no answer. They will not let you talk to tech support, or manager. Am customer service says someone will contact you in 48 hours. I have not heard from teach support and it has been over a week since I receive my scooter and still no response! ... show more

So far so good! Nice little scooter. Husband is enjoying getting out in the yard. Rides smooth. Won't ride on wet grass but seems to ride on everything else. Glad I ordered this. Assembly was easy, battery didn't take long to charge. Probably won't be taking it in the car because we are both elderly and can't lift it but it comes apart nicely. Great ride! ... show more

There is only 8 1/2 inches between battery and front of torso. Way too short for placing a foot in there to get on and anyone with bad knees will not be able to get on it easily. Has to be returned

Easy to put together and looked really nice and rode nicely. However the turn radius was totally NOT as stated to be 36 inch! Very wide turn radius and would not work for home use or tight spaces.

This is better than I expected! I love the color. Its seat is comfortable and it’s quite zippy. It was easy to put together, and it will be easy to fold and put in the car. It is heavier than I expected it to be. You may need to move in pieces so as not to hurt yourself.

    • No key in the box - TWO TIMES! Now I'm without a mobility scooter.
This is the SECOND attempt at purchasing this scooter. The first one came without a key. Looks great. Charged up. No key. Amazon sent a replacement. Guess what? No freaking key. I am so disgusted and mad about this. I was relying on this solution of a replacement. It took a week for the new one to get here. And now, no key again. ... show more
