We needed a new blind for our front living room window. There’s an enclosed front porch, so I really wanted to get as much light as I possibly could and custom blinds were outrageous. I ordered this as the size was really close. They fit perfectly, look amazing and they were absolutely so easy to put up in five minutes my husband had it done. I’m not one for really writing reviews, but when a product is this good and this easy others need to know about it. Don’t hesitate to order! Aesthetically pleasing blinds
They are both functional and pleasing to look at. They provide enough privacy & allow the Sun to peer through. I ordered 64x64 and it fit perfectly. The material is also great quality, it doesn’t feel or look cheap. They are also easy to maneuver. Very happy with my purchase.

Defective blind
First, I like that the blinds, it adds a modern and stylish look to the home. I purchased three blinds and when I got around to hanging up the third set, we wanted all to match the same “cut” it was defective. The spring in the blind would not pull them up nor down. We had to take them off and manually roll the blinds up to fit back in the box to return. I’m very disappointed that one was defective. Hopefully this one defective blind will not become an issue with the other two we got custom ordered. Overall, we will order another blind and give it another try. We really want all the blinds to match the proper cut which is why we ordered all in one order.

Great product, easy to install, exactly as described. My only negative is that we had a wide window that couldn't have just one shade so we decided to install 2 shades side by side. There is a significant gap between the two which doesn't look great but we've grown accustomed to it. They are tight against each other and the gap is almost 3/4" wide.

Cheap Springs
They look fine and were easy to install. Purchased two of them. One went in and worked perfectly, the other I had to start making adjustments to the spring tension because while I could pull it all the way down, it would not retract. I kept making spring adjustments as defined in the instructions, tightening it more and more and it started to retract better, but still would not go up all the way up. Then while I was pulling it down to make another adjustment I heard the internal tension spring snap. I took it apart to see if it was something I could fix, and I could not. So I returned it for a replacement. The replacement arrived today. I installed it and did not do anything else other than pulled it down to close all the way. About 50% through the down-pull, I heard the spring snap. Disassembled it and it was the same exact problem. Two failures in a row with the same problem. I'm returning everything again because I don't trust this manufacturer. They are using cheap steel springs and I have no doubt that the spring in the one that currently works will fail at some time in the future and I'll be stuck without any ability to return it. I think these would be okay for a window without so much height. Due to the height, you have to pull the shade down quite a bit which requires the spring to wind up a lot. Cheap steel will snap under the building tension. So I don't believe these are engineered properly for a taller window. Also, through the return process, the company stated they didn't require me to return it, just send pictures of the damage, but Amazon's process requires the product to be returned. Typical Amazon process confusion. Amazon is a robot for processes and procedure and doesn't work well with their sellers. This is clearly something very cheaply manufactured and being drop-shipped from some other country and stocked at an Amazon warehouse. It probably costs $10.00 to make. They don't want the return because shipping it back to the country of manufacture for repair is more expensive than buying new in bulk and shipping it here.

Review of FOIRESOFT Cordless Custom Zebra Roller Shades and Blinds [Basic, White, W 26 x H 48 inch] Dual Layer Sheer for Day and Night Light Control Privacy, 20 to 105 in Height I ordered these to replace some older cellular blinds that were coming unglued and falling down. These went in a laundry room area, so it did not matter as much that these are not room-darkening. These are 48 inches in height (or length) and I only needed them to be 36 inches, but customizing lengths from other sellers’ costs so much more money, and these still work okay. These were the most reasonably priced without having to customize the sizes. Let’s get this out right up front; I am definitely not considered a handyman. But I installed these myself in under 30 minutes after unpacking. The functionality is good. I like their looks. I did not use the adjustment feature for tension, so I cannot attest to that. I also liked the pull handle on these compared to the handle of another brand of zebra blinds I have (photos) as the handle on these is bigger and works better. My package was missing some hardware; 6 screws and anchors to be exact. These are the screws and anchors necessary for inside the window frame installation. The outside installation hardware was all there (provided that no anchors were required as there were no anchors provided at all). Fortunately, I had some screws on hand that worked. I tried to find a way to contact the seller on Amazon, but the only options were to get a replacement or return the blinds. Since I needed them, I kept them. Even going to the Amazon Seller’s Store on Amazon proved fruitless to contact them. An Internet search led to an email address (Gmail) for customer support for the Seller. I emailed them about the missing hardware and gave them almost a week to respond to no avail. I deducted 2 stars for the missing hardware and another star for neglecting to respond to me at all. I recommend the blinds but not the seller. I need another set but am hesitant to buy from this seller. However, I do want the blinds to match.

EXCELLENT Customer Service
These shades are absolutely gorgeous! They are simple to install and look like they cost a ton. Everyone who has walked into the spaces with them installed have asked me where I got these. I used these for an AirBnB project and used them in every room. I received the "Ready Made" ones within one week and the custom order didn't take more than days. MUST HIGHLIGHT that the customer service is great. Unfortunately, for me, I measured incorrectly on 6 windows. They did not give me a hard time for it and refunded me all 6! I just had to pick up the tab for the return, which is fair. I will buy these again and again and HIGHLY reccomend.
