- Measurement : If you need W 34 1/4 X H 50 inch, please select W 34 X H 55 inch. All Zebra blinds cordless sizes are based on the blind TOP Header width and Have TOTAL [W 1/8 inch] Deduction for Each item for perfect fitting. Actual fabric width will be about 1.5 inches smaller than the header width to allow for the top mechanism. For detailed instruction, please watch video on the image section.
- IMPORTANT: Basic cordless shades and blinds are only available in Bottom-Up and pull-down shades. If you have windows which located in high position, it might be difficult to adjust the blinds' height. In this case, we recommend Draw Rod. Please find it with searching keyword 'Foiresoft Telescopic Draw Road'. Also, Please use a damp cloth to clean the surface of the fabric. I have purchased (6) blinds from this company and love how easy and quickly it was to put up each one approx 30-45mins. total that includes climbing up n down the ladder-for me that’s good enough. The quality is hugh end and looks great in each room. I recently ordered 2 more blinds separately. I didn’t receive the first one and notified them. They were quick to respond and handled this issue promptly. I ended up receiving the replacement blind and my second blind at the same time -Awesome. Very seldom in today’s world do we purchase an item sight unseen, experience a seamless end-to-end transaction and receive a product exactly as we expected. For all the times when the end-to-end experience does not meet our expectations, it is comforting to know that companies such as FOIRESOFT still exist. I purchased 2 beige 47x72, cordless shades. The shades arrived within 5 days, the design is modern and fresh, the measurements fit the windows perfectly and the quality is excellent. The color however, did not meet my expectations of what “beige” should be, and in person it was more like an ivory/cream and much too light for my decor. I cringed at the thought of contacting customer service and initiating the process of an exchange and/or a refund. However, FOIRESOFT exceeded my expectations and made this process absolutely pain free. They responded quickly, engaged by asking specific questions to better understand what was good and right about the shades and what did not work for me ( the customer). They provided me with options and allowed me to choose the solution that worked best for me. For this reason, I highly recommend FOIRESOFT and give them 5 stars. Not because my initial end-to-end experience was seamless, but because of the amazing customer service I received from FOIRESOFT and the value they place on resolving issues when our expectations are not met.

Matched our cabinets PERFECTLY and easy to install. It was quite a bit heavier than I expected, and there were some gouged scratches right in the front where the pull tab is. That’s the only real bummer. Other than that, love it! Ordering was easy, and it came faster than my regular Amazon order, which was a pleasant surprise!

They look fine and were easy to install. Purchased two of them. One went in and worked perfectly, the other I had to start making adjustments to the spring tension because while I could pull it all the way down, it would not retract. I kept making spring adjustments as defined in the instructions, tightening it more and more and it started to retract better, but still would not go up all the way up. Then while I was pulling it down to make another adjustment I heard the internal tension spring snap. I took it apart to see if it was something I could fix, and I could not. So I returned it for a replacement. The replacement arrived today. I installed it and did not do anything else other than pulled it down to close all the way. About 50% through the down-pull, I heard the spring snap. Disassembled it and it was the same exact problem. Two failures in a row with the same problem. I'm returning everything again because I don't trust this manufacturer. They are using cheap steel springs and I have no doubt that the spring in the one that currently works will fail at some time in the future and I'll be stuck without any ability to return it. I think these would be okay for a window without so much height. Due to the height, you have to pull the shade down quite a bit which requires the spring to wind up a lot. Cheap steel will snap under the building tension. So I don't believe these are engineered properly for a taller window. Also, through the return process, the company stated they didn't require me to return it, just send pictures of the damage, but Amazon's process requires the product to be returned. Typical Amazon process confusion. Amazon is a robot for processes and procedure and doesn't work well with their sellers. This is clearly something very cheaply manufactured and being drop-shipped from some other country and stocked at an Amazon warehouse. It probably costs $10.00 to make. They don't want the return because shipping it back to the country of manufacture for repair is more expensive than buying new in bulk and shipping it here.
