I bought another brand and model and sent it back. It didn't reach temp and was much smaller than expected. I bought this as a replacement and can say it is exactly what I was looking for. Great capacity and quality racks that to promote sticking. I am making a ton of jerkey every week. It always gets devoured by the family. Great product and I don't say that often .

I got rid of my cheap round plastic dehydrator several years ago and recently decided to try getting another one. I just got it a few days ago and have been using it everyday, it works great. Stainless steel inside and out for easy cleaning. It has a timer so I can set it and not worry about turning it off if I am busy plus I never thought I would use the built in light but I end up using it every time I am using the dehydrator to take a quick look without taking a tray out or even opening the door. The only thing I do not like (and the reason for 4 stars) is the temp control, It goes up or down 9 degrees at a time so if I want 145 degrees I have to choose either 140 or 149. Not a huge deal but I would have liked if it were a 5 degree change when I push the up or down arrow and not 9 degrees

This isn’t a freeze dry but à dehydrator. It work well make yummy snacks. Practice will make it better . Apple are the easiest

This is the first time I purchased a dehydrator and I wished I had done it earlier. Since then I have used it several times, for various purposes. I use it to dehydrate figs, sliced bread, meat and also to make yogurt. At one occasion, I even put my bread dough in it when the weather was cold; I used the lowest temperature setting, thankfully it turned out alright.

I returned it, as it got very very hot. The temperature control is weird. I think it was pulling too much heat as it got so hot on the outside and on the inside it wasn't dehydrating very well. It took too long. I think mine was defective, but I went with another brand.

Works very well. Easy to move, lightweight and allows for easy storage. I recommend purchasing the sheets to use over the trays for small food items. So easy to use.
