So far, I really like these grip trainers for the price point. Seem well build, and nice to have the ability to fine tune the resistance. The counter is a nice feature, but a little noisy, if you want to use them discretely at work or in a public space.

These grip are excellent! I set the counter to 00, and I squeeze starting with my left hand while watching TV. Then, when my hand and forearm reach muscle failure, I count the reps I completed on the counter, which tells me how many I have to perform in the right hand. Very sturdy, adjustable, and well made. The resistance feels weak for me, I hope there was a 200-300lb of adjustable force and not just up to 130lb I’m a little skeptical about how it’s calibrated.
