I have been battling the ole pump up sprayers for far too long. I got sick and tired of having to peace together broken wands and tips, which are plastic. The last straw was a Chapin sprayer I purchased last summer ($40+) that the plastic handle cracked with less than a years use. I did end up ordering a steel wand off of here, but I spray so much that I needed to step up. I have to spray for ants and grass/weed control quite often, so I read the reviews for most of the most common backpack sprayers. This unit seemed to have the best reviews. The upgrades for this Cyclone 3 really showed me that these guys will go the distance to please customers. Sure, $260 is a lot of money for a sprayer until you actually get it and use it. Once you use it, you will be more than satisfied for spending the money. The construction of the unit alone shows that no corners were cut. Yes, I will need to get a year or two on this unit to really know what I have. But first impression of the Cyclone 3 are more than great. Go ahead and spend the money. I have owned many different portable sprayers and this by far is the best. My property is more than an acre so having a battery operated sprayer works best for me. I sprayed 40 gallons yesterday and the battery was still going strong. Time will tell but so far this sprayer is outstanding.

    • Until you buy a battery power sprayer you'll wonder why you haven't brought one sooner.
This backpack sprayer is awesome. It takes a lot longer spraying areas with a pump sprayer. Battery powered is the way to go. The build quality is excellent not to mention you can find any part you need on there website which you have to respect from a company since many out there frown upon DIY repairs.     • Good quality sprayer
Worst feature is if you fill it to maximum 4 gallons some liquid sloshes out the vent and onto your back. So I usually fill to 3. Other than that all the fittings are high quality metal, the trigger is well built and the hose is high quality, not one of those thin ones that kinks easily.

I am disappointed with the item I received as it was clearly used. I had trusted in the integrity of this product, only to find out that it was a returned defective item. Not only did I pay the price for a new product, but legally, I shouldn’t be receiving second-hand goods. This is deceptive practice. I will no longer place my trust in any products from this brand. As a pest control technician I find that this product saves me time and energy while helping me get more done and doing it more efficiently. I think it is great quality with comfort also in mind and the battery charge stays good for hours of usage.

My hubby loved the first one so much he bought another one. Easy to wear, comfortable and easier to use with the battery powered. Hubby has back issues, and this unit does not give him any issues
