Sprayer handle can freeze and split open. We thought unit was completely drained but apparently there was a little left in the handle. Handle must be totally removed and opened to drain. A drain plug would be advisable. I received a new handle through warranty but I had to pat $6.99 for shipping. Great spraying pressure.

The sprayer came with good directions and it is very easy to use. I would recommend it. It makes spraying fertilizer on my outdoor plants quick and carefree. The shoulder strap is a must. Customer service is excellent. Nina was so helpful answering my questions.

The battery operated sling one gallon Petra sprayer is excellent, easy to use and just right for most needs around the lawn and flower beds. An unusual problem occurred when after a single use the power button (which must have gotten damaged in shipping) cracked and broke out of its protected ring rendering the new unit inoperable. A call to Petra and their five star customer service rep Jen immediately recognized the issue and shipped a new unit to me. All in one morning. I couldn't be more pleased with how the company stood behind its product and its reputation.

I recently purchased Petra Tools 1 Gallon Battery Sprayer and when I was trying to start it for the first time, I had a difficulty making the pump work. I called the customer service and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of customer service and their willingness to go far and beyond to ensure their customers are taken care of. A big shout out to Jenalee who was extremely helpful and swift in addressing all my questions and concerns. At the end Petra Tools provided a good product and great customer service, highly recommended.

I spray insecticides around my home. I don't need or want the weight of a big back pack unit. This one gallon Petra Tools battery sprayer fit the bill. It is easy to use with a big throat to pour in the chemicals and water. The battery lasted through four refills which is all I needed. The handle makes it easy to move around and the shoulder strap helps when I need to step up on a ladder. But compared to my hand pump sprayer that only sprayed about four feet, the Petra unit sprays at least ten feet and allowed me to stay on the ground. I bought a Petra unit because other reviewers said they had good customer service. I can vouch for that because Petra responded immediately (and it was Labor Day!) when I had a problem with the brass wand. It has come apart and I asked for a replacement. They immediately put one in the mail to me. If there is any weakness in their manufacturing, it is that they glue the brass fittings to the brass rod to construct the wand. The glue came apart on my unit. I made a suggestion that they solder the brass parts together. In any case, this sprayer exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a small unit.
