The product arrived damaged and Amazon said I could not return it to them (flammable liquid or gas). I reached out to the manufacturer, and the issue was resolved in less than 20 minutes! Nina was very helpful and took care of everything. I had a replacement within two days. Now, the product itself works great. I purchased it to spray de-icing liquid. After a thorough charging (not even overnight), I connected the wand, put in the de-icer, and away I went. Very quick to complete the entire sidewalk around my home. Good spray. I highly recommend this product.

This is a really nice unit and it helps saved me so much time. However don't buy the unit with the black handle and brass wand. The wand became loose and slipped off after 3 uses. The manufacturer is aware of this defect and had upgraded the system but the unit on Amazon is old. Get the one with the green handle. The unit is a bit defective but the service is 5 stars. You can always get them on the phone first try without waiting and they solved problems within minutes so it's worth the trouble. Mike is the support agent and deserved 5*

I was excited to get this - right away wouldn't hold charge. I called company and they sent a replacement that was missing parts- this knew didn't work either. I was promised a refund after sending both units back- that was over a month ago and now I have to hound them. Don't waste your time. I will update this if I ever do get the refund.

I read reviews before ordering this, noting the some were negative about leaking fittings or failed batteries, but most were very positive. I was impressed with the heft of this product right away. I read the information included, tightened the handle fittings and charged the battery before first use and filled it with water first to check the fittings and how it worked. The wand is metal and the spray nozzle has a fine adjustment. The sprayer puts out an impressive stream of spray - great pressure, and even in the fine mist it was blowing the leaves around and getting the spray everywhere. The spray on/off lever on the handle is a great advantage, so you turn the pump on and then manage the spraying with the handle. No problem with the pump priming since it's located beneath the tank. This is a great sprayer for the price. I look forward to using it as needed around the house and garden.

This sprayer works great! Charge lasts a good long while and the adjustable nozzle it comes with works great for IPM spraying! Not sure if they make additional nozzles yet but that would def be a plus! After 10 months my spray wand was leaking in multiple spots but Jen was quick to send a replacement wand and handle and the package was here in only 3 days! 🤘🤘 Top notch sprayer and top notch customer service! A++ in my book!

I spray insecticides around my home. I don't need or want the weight of a big back pack unit. This one gallon Petra Tools battery sprayer fit the bill. It is easy to use with a big throat to pour in the chemicals and water. The battery lasted through four refills which is all I needed. The handle makes it easy to move around and the shoulder strap helps when I need to step up on a ladder. But compared to my hand pump sprayer that only sprayed about four feet, the Petra unit sprays at least ten feet and allowed me to stay on the ground. I bought a Petra unit because other reviewers said they had good customer service. I can vouch for that because Petra responded immediately (and it was Labor Day!) when I had a problem with the brass wand. It has come apart and I asked for a replacement. They immediately put one in the mail to me. If there is any weakness in their manufacturing, it is that they glue the brass fittings to the brass rod to construct the wand. The glue came apart on my unit. I made a suggestion that they solder the brass parts together. In any case, this sprayer exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a small unit.

What initially drew me to purchase two of these unit's was the1gal size, features (rechargeable) and brass wand quality. Being a family owned and operated USA company was the hook. After less than a dozen very careful uses, our 1gal unit decided not to power up. Battery shows charged, but no go and slightly older than than the short "extended" warranty period. Maybe we got a bad apple, but besides the brass wand the build quality and warranty could be better for a $75.00 item.
