OK i purchased one of these in May of 2025 and it has worked perfectly other than the pump cycles intermittently even when im not pulling the spray trigger. So I ordered another this year. This new one originally worked great right out of the box on the first day. I primed it and then put it away. However, the next day when I wanted to actually spray some weeds with it, the battery was dead (after charging it for 8 hrs straight initially), and the pump was no longer working properly. When i turned the switch on it just made a weird buzzing noise instead of the "pumping" noise it should have been making. Tried repriming with all the recommended procedures. No luck. Contacted Chloe and Christina over at Petra Tools customer service via their chat. Chloe immediately got back to me, identified the problem as a bad pump and then shipped me a new Sprayer no questions asked! I even asked her about the cycling pump problem that my older sprayer was having and she without hesitation told me they'd ship me a replacement spray for that one two! So two new sprayers coming my way! Highly recommend these sprayers. They are good quality, and work great and the customer service is fantastic with Chloe and Christina! Great product and excellent customer service. Keep it up!

I purchased this PetraTools 4 Gallon Battery Powered Backpack Sprayer in July 2024, and I’ve been very happy with it. The sprayer itself has been solid from day one. The build quality feels durable, the battery life is excellent, and it makes treating larger areas much easier than manual pumping. It’s comfortable to wear, easy to use, and has handled everything from lawn treatments to general property maintenance without issue. What really earned this five star review, though, was the customer support. Recently I needed help getting my sprayer operational again, and Anne provided outstanding service. She was patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and walked me through exactly what I needed to do to get everything working again. In a time where customer service often feels like an afterthought, Anne went above and beyond. Great product backed by people who actually stand behind what they sell. That kind of support matters and is becoming harder to find these days. Highly recommend both PetraTools and their customer service team.

This sprayer works amazing and the different tips are very helpful. Worth the money and battery life is great for running a business. I had an issue with it working after sitting all winter and called customer service, I was put on the line with a very helpful woman by the name of Anne who had a replacement unit on the way before the call was over with no questions and send over instructions for replacement.

It works fantastic! Holds up and is a Great investment. Don't know how I did anything without this sprayer. Had mine for several years and finally had to replace battery which was EASY. Not like one I had before that was a nightmare. This thing can spray for a very long distance. I spray from back of pickup bed to top of roof with a leave on cleaner. I spray for bugs, ants, and spray cleaner on privacy fence. This is a time saver and back saver. Called customer service for a new part and ANNE was so friendly and helpful. She made it easy and made me feel like a valued customer. Great customer service.

On Memorial Day, I reached out through their chat support expecting maybe an automated response or delayed help because of the holiday. Instead, I got connected to a real person almost immediately who helped me troubleshoot a backpack sprayer I’ve owned for SEVEN years. Not only did they answer quickly, but they went above and beyond my expectations to make sure everything was resolved. That kind of customer service is incredibly rare today. We’ve loved the sprayer from day one, reliable, comfortable to carry, and perfect for covering large areas without hassle. But the level of support they provided years after purchase completely solidified us as lifelong customers. I have had this sprayer for 4 years now and this thing works absolutely wonderful. Never have issues until this year. Brought it out for spring and it wouldn’t pump. I texted the customer support and spoke to Anne and all I can say she was awesome! Immediate response, clear direction and she said she would send me a new battery within days. Well! It’s been weeks and still don’t have a battery. I followed up and they were checking on it. But it stopped there! I am now shopping for a new battery on my own. Great sprayer though. Customer service overpromises. So I needed to change the 5 star to a 4 star
