Attention Getter
Color: Black
Purchased this for my son in his 3-roommate dorm room at college. It had one fluorescent light that once the sun set provided hardly any light unless the boys sat directly under it. None of their desks or beds do that so I ordered this light for many reasons. 1. Ease of assemble. The boys, who cannot do their own laundry, put it together in 5 minutes and it worked! They like it a lot. 2. It wouldn’t take up precious desk space but sit on the floor between his bed and the desk. With the separated light he could turn one side toward his bed and one toward his desk to study (haha) at either location. It also brings much needed light to the room when the sunsets and the two windows no longer allow light in. 3. Having both a remote and controls on the pile of the light means the lighting adjustments can be done anywhere in the room by whichever boy is there. Also, the magnetic pole and remote make it convenient for minimizing chance of loss. Lastly, the one hour timer is great should they fall asleep while studying (whatever). 4. It’s unique look means the boys think it’s cool. No one else has it and so it is a talking point when someone visits their room. A very futuristic appearance, a weighted base, multiple light brightness options, ability to move the lights in two separate directions, and two methods of operating the mechanisms of the light make this a great fixture for dorms and homes. Would definitely consider getting another for home and when our daughter heads to college in two years. ... show more

Works great
Color: Silver Gray
So far I’m really liking this light. Each light is moveable. Multiple tone of light options (I think it’s 3 total). Dimmable. The remote operation works great. It’s a good alternative to buying a separate wall adapter if you like having the ability to turn on and off from the couch etc. I’m assuming if the actual lights stop working you toss the whole fixture. Maybe something to keep in mind; depending on longevity (haven’t had it long enough to know that part yet). It’s more of an ambience night lighting. Bright enough. You would probably need a couple if you’re wanting full lighting. If you want a unique light with remote capabilities….this will do the trick. ... show more

Really Nice!
Color: White
The lamp is beautiful! VERY functional! Its also pretty bright. It changes color as described! I havent used the remote since I haven't really found the need to yet but the lamp itself is nice and quite sturdy, too. Looks like it was made up of good material. Its also heavier than I expected.

Easy to assemble
Color: Black
Easiest assembly of a product ever a child would have no problem. Light is bright but you can adjust to your liking. The remote makes everything extra enjoyable. Will buy another one. Style is futuristic but very pleasant to look at and adds style to the room.

Very sleek
Color: Black
Well made and the remote is an added bonus. You can also turn on and off from the unit itself. You can adjust the light for either bright and warm white. Has a dimming feature as well.

Great Light For Work From Home
Color: White
I like that with the split light, you can direct where you want the light to go. Would recommend for sure. Heavy use as I work from home.

Great light I highly recommend
Color: Black
We bought this light for our living room that does not have any ceiling lights. The lighting is great, you can make it really bright, or tone it down to a dim light. The flexibility of being able to move the lights around is great. The remote control works well, and the light was simple to assemble. We will be getting one or two more. ... show more

Cool feature to shine light in 2 different directions
Color: Black
Its not a flood light, but you can direct the light where you need it without grabbing the pole and moving it. Very convienant.
